Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. TurkeyAlways needs to bargain for everything. This is not for hotel but country specific.. Rooms are simple and not renovated, even deluxe one. Tables in the garden might be more clean during the breakfast service. Many mosquitos if windows left open.
We were looking for a reasonable price just for 2 nights and booked hotel with only breakfast. Important is not to have high expectations, "Take it easy" and "chill out" - the correct moods for this place. There is a walking distance to Naama bey. Taxy and tour service available (a bit higher prices than outside the hotel) Breakfast is not complicated but good enough, especially if you are on a diet. No problem with the water and air conditioner. Stuff on reception was helpful. Due to low season, they could improve our standard room to delux for free, much appreciated!

Very friendly and helpful staff! Aqua Park was nice for the hot days! There’s a bus traveling between the resort and beach daily, it was so helpful, as well as the bus in the evening to Naama Bay!

SpainThe taxi service offered by the hotel is expensive. They don't allow you to get the number of the driver and they ensure the drivers don't speak English so you always need to go through an intermediary. My advice is try to get a good driver in the airport and call him during your whole stay.

The staff work system it’s very interesting like I’ll be in the queue and someone comes over, I’ll be ignored then moves to the next guest. The receptionist Mohamed is such a lovely man and always smiling. Michael is lovely as well

TurkeyNot near beach and Old market. We paid taxi 15 usd for 2 ways. We had 1 big and 2 small towels when we arrive. They asked for 2 big towels and 2 small towels during check out. It is hard to persuade them that we did not steal or lost 1 towel. Please check everything in the room when you enter.
Near Naama Bay. You can walk 15 minutes. Falafel in breakfast is delicious.

United KingdomThe only thing we can complain about is that the WIFI isn't great at all. Often losing connection. WIFI was only available in the lobby, not in our rooms.
We had a vegetarian and gluten-free diet / allergies. When we asked the manager, Mr Mina, he called the head chef over and ensured the chef (Chef Magdy) knew about our allergies and dietary requirements and specifically made us food to accommodate us. Mr Mina ensured that everything was taken care of , and continuously checked in on us throughout our stay which was very accommodating and helpful. Special thanks to Chef Magdy who was so nice and helpful and really made an effort to ensure we were fed. The receptionists were also very friendly and gave us suggestions on what to see/where to go and helped us take photos. Thank you , Kerralos at the main desk for all your help! We asked for mosquito repellent and they sent a member of staff up to spray our room for us which really helped.

Mina was incredibly supportive, frequently checking in via WhatsApp to ensure everything was going well. Kerollos at the reception was also exceptionally polite and smart.
