However hotel is not new but the hotel crew make it too much comfortable for the stay and they keep it running with great efficiency

Hotel was great Mr Ahmed from reception was taking care for our stay and make it too much comfortable Beach was very nice and they have special beach for hotel guests which make too much room for all guests

At night there was a bad smell from the drain sewer near our rooms. They fixed it the next day.

All mandatory requirements were available and in good quality. It was good value for money, you will find authentic Egyptian food with good quality. Pools were clean. Gardens were well handled. The beach area was small but was good, clean and you will find all what you want there such as drinks snacks and towels. The room was clean and good for the amount of money that we paid.

The pool is small and just one pool is related to hotel and the grand pool is for chalets residents which is toooo crowded

The beach is sandy and sooo great ,food is perfect and variable according to price ,staff is wonderful and helpful in restaurant and reception specially mr Ibrahim and mr Ahmed

The hotel a little bit aged and may need some upgrades

Staff are cooperative and supportive. Also the food is really tasty with reasonable variety. Animation at night is available and acceptable. The hotel directly situated on a perfect beach.

Furniture in the room is quite old and some pieces are quite broken. The water pressure in the bathroom is very low variety on the restaurant is very less that I have to say that the quality is OK.

The food quality for breakfast and dinner was ok. Not great, not bad. As well as the food variety. Additionally, as the place is relatively old, some maintainance and deep cleaning are overdue. Nothing too serious, however.

The location is amazing. One of the best beaches in the area. Very clean sandy beach and water. The staff members were super friendly and professional. The experience all together for the money value is excellent. If you ever want to go for a couple of days on the beach somewhere close to Cairo, where you don't have to drive more than 2 hours, this is a perfect option. The entertainment after dinner was also very acceptable and family-friendly. Just be careful that the hotel tends to be crowded on weekends during school holidays. So if you are sensitive to loud noises and crowds, just avoid the weekend during public and school holidays. We were there during a weekend, which happened to be also an extension of a public holiday, so the hotel was pretty crowded. It was not an issue, but (as a family with no small kids) we had a feeling that we would have enjoyed it more if it was quieter.

Mosquitoes are in all open areas, So , they need to focus on using regular pesticides

The telephone number of the hotel at booking site didn’t answer. If you want to ask about anything before arrival you cann’t contact the proparty at phone. There are any interconnected rooms . The gym only available from 1:00 to 3:00pm for free and if you want the gym at any time at the rest of the day you will pay 100 LE per person per day !!!! You will need mosquito device. The high chairs of children in restaurant was old and woody (so cracked the food remenants hanged in between cracks ) unclean. The food tray that transport food at the end of eating at the restaurant was very bad ,old ,unclean and cracked. I need the hotel clinic at 9:45 Am the doctor was’t there and came after one hour. The animations need extra activities esp with kids.

All the stuff was very helpful and friendly and trying to help us as possible . There weren‘t any interconnected rooms but the stuff helped us to get two opposite rooms(as l have children). The restaurant stuff allowed to take the food ouside restaurant without extra fees (my son was sleeping). The pools were clean. The beach was not far also and clean. The rooms were clean and tidy everyday . The animation team program was fair.

Not much, just room furniture is a bit old. Terrace chairs were not appealing to sit on. Breakfast was a little bit disappointing, food quality and varaity were low. Dinner was much better

Staff are welcoming. Rooms are spacious, and the landscape is nice. Beach was my favourite part . It was sandy and the sea water was clear and clean. Dinner was good and has variety.

the best sea and beach and sandy beach thanks for gm mr. ali i meet him in my last day as i stay for one week and hi tell me my next stay will be beter thanks for him mr. abdulsalam f.b. manager he is great he do the best and all the staff in restorant to give as the best food in fact the food is very tasty but minor variety but all the staffe in restorant are great house keeping ashraf taha he great in the beach rabie and mostafa in the beach they are great but need to take care for garbage or tell management of hotel because it is the main cause of mosquitos and flies

No Wifi for residents, no room service, location is too far from a city center, Suez city almost 30 km away.

The resort was clean, friendly staff, good value for money. Food was good but not a lot of variety.
