The hotel facilities are excellent, and overall everything was smooth and comfortable. My only suggestion would be to add more variety to the food options, which would make the dining experience even better.

I would like to thank Palma Bay Rotana for their wonderful hospitality during my stay. The staff were welcoming and always ready to help, which made my experience truly enjoyable. A special thanks goes to Rana and Fatema at the reception for their professionalism and warm attitude, and also to Fares at the swimming pool for his kindness and excellent service. We booked a seafront view room, but were very disappointed to be offered a seaside view and they had no availability for rooms with a more premium view. The reasoning was they have no differentiation between seaside and seafront. We found this unfair, they should have different pricing based on the level of view you get. So be aware when you book and clarify with them early on! The beach doesn't have an infinite outlook of the sea, the view is blocked from both sides by an island and a land extension. The silver lining of this was that the sea was calmer on the beach, no big waves and safer to swim. The island played loud disturbing music all day which disturbed the chill mood we were looking for.

Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Karim and Adham on the beach. The breakfast was very good and diverse, although often very crowded in the last hour.

The surrounding of the hotel wasn’t the best, it was loud and there is a beach club infront of the hotel, it was loud. But the beach itself is amazing! Everything else was amazing! I just wish the hotel offered half board, breakfast and dinner. Not only breakfast, because the food was amazing when we tried it. Definitely recommend

The service was amazing! The hotel is very cozy, and the staff is beyond incredible and friendly. All requests were performed fast and effectively. The house keeping team were especially very friendly, specifically abo zeid.

The beach is kind of hactic in the afternoon with all the jet skies moving around , music from surrounding beaches all at the same time but it was amazing in the mornings

There was very loud horrendous music coming from the neighboring beach even with our windows closed. Internet is very slow.

- I advice every one not to go for check in before 2 pm to avoid waiting - they refuse late check out.

The hotel is cozy, clean and the staff were very supportive during the stay. The beach is sandy and well prepared, the ream on the beach and pool were available on-spot to support you as will as the life guards always focused on the guest safety. Although they reject late check out. They told us that we can enjoy the day on the beach & pool and we can use the other facilities to change our cloths which was well prepared for that

i paid a little bit high rate to average probably because i choose the sea view room over weekend in the middle of august ;), the room was a little small with the extra bed added but all of all the room was nice

That the staff really went out their way to make the stay exceptional. Special mention to Osama, at reception, Abo Zaid who would add special touch to our child's bed and Safwat, ths concierge who assisted us in finding a lost item.

Loved the location, staff is super friendly and cooperative. The amenities are super cool. The beach and pool were so relaxing and the place was clean and beautiful. No fuss, no muss check-in and check out we're both smooth.

* If there is a possibility to include the Dinner in the same booking that'll be terrific. * A small comment, outside the rooms sometimes you find food leftovers at the floor, Rotana offers a nice gesture when you arrive in a very nice complementary plate to welcome a guest in the room. But when the housekeeping cleans a room sometimes, not often, they forget that plate outside the room at the floor. * Neighboring beaches, their playlists are drastic with these "Mahraganat tracks" which destroys the whole experience .. I know this is completely out of Rotana's property or control, but try to speak with them to lower their sound systems ? or play decent/chilling/elegant tracks at least !

Well this is to express our deepest gratitude for such wonderful and unique stay! most of the big hotel names provide numerous kind of services, but it is very rare to receive a "Três chic" experience ! Rotana is one of the greatest names who have a selective staff that knows exactly how to deliver that remarkable experience. I booked a sea view room which was lovely and clean. Staff especially room service (Rashid and Mohammed) were really helpful and friendly. Beach was clean with crystal clear water and gentle tides safe for swimming. Breakfast Buffet was good with nice variety and clean tasty food. Marina 4 and 5 have good places with nice options for dining out or enjoying the night life.
