They might consider adding some showers near the beach and pools, and the food variety could be improved.

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming — special thanks to everyone who made our stay so comfortable. The beach was beautiful and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing. I also appreciated the fun and energetic animation shows in the evenings, which added a great vibe to the stay. Overall, highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Fantastic Stay! I had an amazing experience at this hotel — everything was perfect! The food was delicious with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always made us feel welcome. The atmosphere was lively, especially during the parties — we had so much fun! A special thanks to Mr. Abd Elsatar, the manager, for his exceptional hospitality and professionalism. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was just right. Cold kids pool . My kids had to swim in a jacuzzi ( at the warm pool ) The aqua gym is very boring. A room next to mine was being renovated during the day and my kids could not sleep because it was too loud . The spa workers are REALLY annoying. They follow guests to pools , and ask every single minute about their services. They even force you to take the services . Asking is okay but not following people everywhere and asking why they don’t want what they offer .

Serenity , nearness to the beach , friendly staff, every staff I interacted with was helpful and friendly to us . The hotel looks beautiful.

There was no free internet available in rooms The quality of drinks were not good. The Lunch/dinner buffet was not rightly organized , the Names of the Dishes were all messed up, Non-veg soup with Veg labels , Puddings marked incorrect. Though The quality and quantity of the Spread was adequate.

The resort was nice, clean and the beach as very nice The staff was very responsive ,polite and helpful. Some small shops nearby for quick buys.

Cigarette smoke EVERYWHERE. Inside the room had no odor and it was fine but the moment you step outside, even on your balcony, there is someone smoking nearby. The designated smoking area was right in front of the main building and in front of the ramp. So when you enter the building to eat you need to pass groups of people smoking. If you have a stroller or wheelchair, you need to walk through the designated smoking area. There is no escape from the cigarette smoke. At the beach, at the pool, at the nightly entertainment seating you are constantly exposed to cigarette smoke. The pools were cold, which is great in a warm weather resort. But there were no heated pools or jacuzzis. And for small children, they may not enjoy the cold water. Our three year old would not swim which was kind of a bummer for us. The sea is cold, which was great but it would be nice to have a heated pool for children or a jacuzzi for late night soaking.

Its a small resort but for us that was a plus. The location on beach of the sea was amazing, it was the best part. Very shallow at the beach and neck deep at the end of the boundary. Perfect for wading or swimming. The water was a beautiful blue color. Facilities were clean and well maintained for the most part. There were ramps everywhere which was nice for us using a stroller. Towel service was great, the towels were large and thick. The food was better than expected. The menu was fairly limited and they had a lot of the same food but they also rotated dishes daily and the food was well prepared and tasty. Pools were clean and the water slides were fun. Nightly entertainment was also very fun. Our room was recently updated and it was nice, new and clean. All staff were very attentive and nice. Housekeeping was great, reception was very professional and helpful. Bar and restaurant staff were also excellent. Overall an incredible resort in an amazing location on the sea with exceptionally nice and hard working staff. Highly recommended!

The location is a bit far from attractions.

Wonderful experience! Check in was smooth and quick, Shereen was welcoming and professional. The room was clean and neat, the food was good especially the breakfast buffet. Lunch buffet could use more variety, but it wasn't bad by any means. Dinner buffet was lovely, especially in the dessert department. Pool and beach were beautiful, too. My only concern is that some guests use their towels to "reserve" a chaise lounge. But there were usually enough places at both to sit. Room service were highly professional, and the staff overall were very friendly and welcoming. The All-inclusive package was a great choice also, good variety of beverages and snacks. A wonderful experience overall, I will definitely be back with my family.
