WiFi available only in the lobby with extra charges. Snacks bars are only 3 , one inside lobby, and only one covering all pools area, and one at the beach this one was very good (food and drinks) The snacks times were short alittel bit. Launch time only 2 hours, not good compared to 3 hours breakfast and dinner. It would be great to make some lifejackets available on beach either for rent or for free to make the snorkeling experience much better.

Room phone was not working, so it was not easy to contact room service. Parking space is limited, and need to be more shaded places because of high temperature Night show event could be better.

Beach, cleanliness of the rooms , space of the rooms , staff availability, and always ready to assist, pool, food was good with varieties. The room service guy was so professional, helpful, and honest.

The Beach Was Not So Good With Very Shallow Water and Some Stray Dogs Wondering Around. Espresso and Turkish coffee was Paid Not included in All inclusive. But They Have Other Options for free like: Nescafé, Moca and etc.

One of the Greatest Value for Money Resorts in Egypt. Very good Food. Nice and clean rooms. Very Helpful and Friendly Staff. Great and Joyful Animation Team. Many Pools With Quite Ones and Other with Music for Different Tastes.

I'm currently on vacation with my family, and the hotel is quite nice. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the beach is wonderful, especially with its sandy shore and a free snorkeling area. The food is decent, though it could use more variety; however, it tastes great. **Location:** Amazing. **Hospitality:** Exceptional, particularly from Mr. Ahmed (Hotel Manager). A special thanks to the staff, especially Mr. Haikal from the food and beverage team also the animation team is very friendly and professional. The rooms in groups other than luxury groups 1 and 2 are adequate, but they could be improved with better lighting and larger TVs. **Conclusion:** We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return many times!

Negatives: To reach the beach, guests must cross a public road, which may be inconvenient for some. However, there is a dedicated, professional staff member available to assist guests in crossing safely.

Food Quality: The food is excellent, especially the pastries and pizza. The chef responsible is one of the best in Marsa Alam. The pasta chef is also outstanding. Pool Service: Hesham, the staff member at the pool, is very polite and provides excellent service. Security: The security staff are cooperative and deserve appreciation. Management: The hotel manager and the executive chef are doing a great job and deserve recognition. Bar Service: Good overall – rated 7/10. Reception: Acceptable service – rated 7/10. Facility Notes: Rooms: Air conditioning works but is not at the best performance level. Beach: The beach is rocky and suitable only for snorkeling. However, there are sandy beaches nearby that are more suitable for swimming and snorkeling.

Animation on the pool a little bit too noisy for my taste, but the staff was great.

Room was spacious and comfortable, the Resort beautifully made. Fantastic staff, always trying to make us having a good time. Food was good, huge variety. The reef was good, the water in April a little bit fresh - a Neopren-Suite is a good Idea.

We loved the animation team that led the water aerobics, Zumba classes, and nightly entertainment. They had so much energy and were great dancers. The pools were nice but not heated. The buffet had a lot of options but weren’t always cooked great or had the best flavor. I thought from the pictures the hotel was on the beach but you have to cross a street and walk to get there. Overall for the price you pay it was definitely nice but not the most modern place.

The food could have a little more variety day by day but wasn't bad, the resort is in the middle of nowhere which you should keep in mind when you book it

I liked that it was spacious, the beach with beautiful snorkelling was very close, they have a lot of swimming pools as well, the room was clean and the staff was friendly

The only bad thing is that the timetable of the bar was not explained as well as the swimming pool or the beach. And the shops there are way to expensive. And if you want to get a big beer you have to pay it as extra which it seems stupid.

The staff was friendly, the entertainers were very good and funny. But the location is in the middle of nothing and to go to the beach you have to cross the main road.

The slightly limited food choices at lunch and dinner (main courses were pasta or casserole type dishes). Wifi was extra. Would have liked it free in reception area to check emails. No milk for tea or coffee in the room but could be supplied by requesting at the bar (it's an English thing and most guests were of other nationalities)

Breakfast buffet. All the pastries and desserts. The pool side areas and gardens. The beach. The special beach party run by an entertainment company (Thunder Entertainment) and the friendly animation team.

No Kittel. AC is noisy. No bathroom amenities refill. Food in breakfast is below average, coffee not drinkable. TV has only 7 channels all in Italian.

The highlight was the private bay which is excellent for snorkeling, there are turtles, you can see them when you get away from the corals. This beach is across the road, very short distance and is nice and tidy. There is also a good dive center. Family room is spacious and clean. A nice outdoor seating area infront of the lobby. More than one swimming pool. Overall it was a good value of money. The breakfast egg station chef Zeyad زياد was polite.
