I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making check-in smooth and pleasant. The entire team was friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. The food was delicious and varied – every meal was a delight! The cleanliness of the rooms and all common areas was outstanding, and you could really feel the care and attention to detail in everything. What I appreciated the most was the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel offers a sense of comfort and mental relaxation that made my stay feel like home. Thank you to all the staff for making this such a special and memorable visit. An Unforgettable Stay – Highly Recommended! Our check-in was incredibly smooth and fast, thanks to Mohamed Mustafa. Throughout the resort, the staff were consistently helpful and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. Room service was excellent—special thanks to Mr. Ahmad Yassin for promptly providing anything extra we requested. We asked for a room close to the beach, and it was fantastic. Our sons could step outside and be on the beach within a minute! My husband and I especially enjoyed the stunning sea sunrise views every morning. The beach isn’t very large, but it’s perfect for swimming and has space for a few boats to dock in the afternoon. It’s a bit rocky, so beach shoes would make the experience more comfortable—though I managed just fine without them. The open buffet offered a great variety, including a pasta corner, delicious liver, sausages, meatballs, meat stew, freshly baked Margherita pizza, and warm bread, along with a wide selection of salads and cheeses. A big thanks to the egg station chef for always accommodating our special breakfast requests! 😍 The aqua park was a hit for both kids and adults, and the foam/bubble party every other day was loads of fun. The animation team did a great job entertaining the kids with dancing by the pool, on the beach, and during dinner. The resort is long and spread out, but it never feels crowded. It’s calm, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. Special thanks to Ahmed for always being available with golf cart rides between our room and the reception. We also had a wonderful experience with Mr. Sayed, the photographer, who not only captured beautiful memories but also arranged a last-minute VIP yacht trip to Orange Bay with Mr. Maki. This snorkelling and sea adventure was the highlight of our stay! Huge applause to the Royal Octopus yacht crew—Captain Sabir, Yousef, Kareem, Ehab (Bebo), Ahmad, Ibrahim, and Mustafa—for their cheerful spirit and outstanding hospitality.

It was an extraordinary experience. All staff were so friendly, helped us in any way and thanks to all of this support, we felt safe. The food was extraordinarily! OMG I miss it so much! The animation team - especially Moo was so cute and wanted to invite us for activities.

The hotel was fab! The hotel room was spacious and cleaned regularly, we had a room right overlooking the pool and restaurant. The beach was a 1min walk and just perfect to relax around. The staff were friendly and always there to help. The food and drinks were great and the kids enjoyed the evening entertainment. I even got a little plate of snacks for my birthday! If you want to go into town, a cab will be called at a very cheap price. I would highly recommend.
