We had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick Hotel Media City. The staff were very professional and welcoming throughout my stay. A special thank you to Miss Madona from guest relations for her kindness and support, she truly made me feel valued as a guest. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised by the modern, spacious, and well-appointed room, which offered both comfort and style. The location is perfect, very close to the Great Pyramids. The pool area is exciting especially the aqua park games, which added great fun for children. The gym is well-equipped, and the restaurants serve a delicious variety of international and local dishes. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it.

The pool and its floor need more regular cleaning than the existing. It would be better if the pool was deeper and swimming are is bigger areas as the most of the area is not used properly.
