Nothing, everything was nice

I had a fantastic stay at the chalet in Ain Sokhna! From the moment we arrived, the owner was incredibly generous and welcoming — he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The apartment itself is modern, clean, and beautifully furnished — a perfect place to relax after a day by the sea. Speaking of the sea, it’s absolutely stunning! The water is crystal clear and perfect for both swimming and snorkeling. We spent hours enjoying the vibrant marine life and calm waves. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with great hospitality and amazing seaside experiences, I highly recommend staying at this place. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The owner was very kind and responsive. Everything was amazing, the chalet was very clean and had everything we needed all kitchen utilities, large TV screen and comfortable beds with cold AC's. The location was amazing too, porto sokhna is a 3 minute drive and bestway market is a 2 minute walk. We had SO much fun definitely recommend!!!!

Everything was great, I love the host and his wife they are kind, well organized, informative, and helpful . Definitely will continue coming here. I was treated well. The area is superb , and the house was well maintained with everything you need.

Nothing, honestly.

We were asked to check out 2 hours early because other guests were coming. However, we were told that there were specific check in times and we would not be able to check in early on arrival. So it was rather impolite to ask us to check out early.

The chalet was fully very good equipped with a good level of cleaning. The owner was so helpful and decent.

Nothing related to the apartment or the resort itself, just the beach is rockey and needs lots of improvements and caring.

Everything about the chalet was outstanding, from the cleanliness to the amenities to the owner's treatment. The place is very spacious and the location is great, you can walk 3 mins to get to the biggest supermarket in the area (Bestway) and almost 10 mins to the best restaurant in the area (The Grill). Overall 10/10 super clean and the owner is a truly nice person.

I have no negative comments whatsoever on the owner or the chalet. But if there's one thing to be critical about with this resort in general is that you only have access to the beach until 7 PM, which was a bummer. You can still sit by the pool or elsewhere but you can't access the beach.

The location was perfect. The place inside and outside was spectacular . The sea area was clean with chairs to sit on . The pool was well kept clean with a life guard.. owner was extremely nice and welcoming he helped us a lot. The house had everything you needed it was well kept. .

Just the sea was disappointing full of rocks, but we managed to visit elsewhere to enjoy it . Even though we didn't like huge rocks in front of the sea, we sat on the lovely chairs on the sand area and enjoyed the sunset , the place had few people. Watching dolphins in the sea made my children happy.

Fully Equiped Chalet with lot of facility and totally clean. The owner is also so decent. I highly recommend it for all.

The property was clean and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay The owner was really friendly and helpful and available 24/7 for any assistance The property’s location is the best , very near to every place and every activity you may need to try. Pools were very clean and organized and supervised by lifeguards The beach was very quiet and very nice with a great view from the chalet For sure we will come again soon.

The owners are warm and welcoming! You literally don’t need to get anything, it’s fully equipped with all the things you need.

Huge apartment neat and clean with all the facilities included . The balcony view was amazing. The best part was the swimming pools and private beach which was included in the stay . Overall amazing experience . The owner was very kind to us and even helped us with pick up and drop . Would 100% visit again.

chalet is in lasiesta 3, it was fully equipped, all rooms were air conditioned, all electrical/gas devices were good quality and in a very good condition, view was great overlooking the gardens, pool, and sea, "best way" super market is steps away and it had everything we needed even items we don't easily find in cairo, there are slots to park your car behind the chalet, beach was clean and calm, waves were low and it was much fun, pool was fun as well, owner is very friendly and supportive

as for the majority of ain sokhna beaches, you must have your aqua shoes to avoid urchins and rocks on the beach, also just in case it's crowded the pool might be too small to accomodate for all visitors, however this was not the case for us

The owner was so hospital, and the chalet was so clean and equipped with all necessities and so relaxing... we enjoyed the stay there so much...thanks Mr.Raouf and his lovely wife....

The apartment was spacious and very well ventilated. Free access to swimming pools. Amazing pool and sea view from the apartment. Beds were super comfy. Fully equipped kitchen. A super market on the doorstep. Hosts (Mr and Mrs Rauf) were very polite and courteous. Very walkable compound.

Adding WiFi to the facility could add more value. Approaching other attractions like beach, resorts, restaurants etc. is not possible without a car.

The chalet was very nice and well kept, the owner was very, very friendly and hospitable. We really liked the privacy.
