There was too much noise in front of the hotel , also there was water leaking in bathroom which made it wet all the time.

- VERY BIG noise inside the building. :/ It was one of the noisiest rooms in my life (I visited more than 70 countries). :/ - VERY noisy man from reception - also round 22:00! Same from other guests. - no tea, no sugar.... only empty glasses and one electric kettle. :/

The only problem was the network coverage, I checked in a room called Napoli, which had no phone coverage at all and what made it worse the Wifi was not working too!

The room I have checked in was clean, staff were very helpful and polite.

The ventilation system of the hotel is not the best ( Air conditioner air smells like cigarettes in a very noticeable way ) Already told the staff and they stated they will check what was the issue. Rather than that all was good

Small room, entrance of the hotel in a side road which is very narrow , parking area is not available although it is stated as available on site .shower drainage was blocked . they put sea view rooms although it is not available for booking from the site and can be booked only by contacting them directly

Parking full so I had to park in a near place with 100 egp per night, room so small , cellular reception doesn't exist but the free wifi was good alternative

1- One room was quite smaller than the other with not enough space to walk although both rooms had the same price. 2- The bathroom exhaust fan was so loud and noisy (can wake you up) in one room and it turns on automatically when turning on the bathroom light. It even ventilates the air to the room. 3- (Not a big deal) the receptionist gives evaluation form on paper at the check out to fill in and the reception is quite small, so there is no space to fill it in except on the counter in front of her + handing it out without envelope or so, felt no privacy there with the feedback.

Good value for money and great location! Lots of famous restaurants and shops near by within walking distance, love the neighborhood. The room was clean and had comfortable beds and bathroom. The variation in the decorations of every room, makes your stay a bit different everytime.
