I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Ahmed and Mr. Karim at the reception for their warm welcome, professionalism, and excellent service. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and very well handled. Special thanks to Mr. Hany at the main restaurant and Mr. Mikel at the lobby bar for their great hospitality, kindness, and respect. I also extend my heartfelt gratitude to all the hotel staff for making our stay truly enjoyable, exciting, and memorable. The Sunrise Festival party was absolutely amazing — my family and I enjoyed it so much. I highly recommend this hotel and I look forward to visiting again in the coming years.

I recently stayed at Sunrise Aqua Joy, and I can confidently say it was one of the best holiday experiences I’ve had! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. A big thank you to Ayman at the reception for his warm welcome and exceptional support—he truly went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The entire team deserves huge appreciation for their genuine care and effort to ensure every guest is happy. You can feel that everyone is committed to creating a great experience. The resort itself is amazing, with multiple pools offering different activities, so there’s always something fun to do. The beach area is fantastic too—they have so many seating spots that it feels like you’re on 4 or 5 different private beaches! The restaurant exceeded expectations with a wide variety of delicious, high-quality food, and the snacks throughout the day were also excellent and offered plenty of choices. Our room was newly furnished, modern, and extremely comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of fun. Overall, I am truly impressed and happy with everything at Sunrise Aqua Joy. This experience has made me a loyal guest—I will definitely stick to the Sunrise chain for all my future holidays. Thank you to everyone for making this trip unforgettable!

Everything about this hotel was great. From the first step into the hotel i could feel that i would have a great experience and they definitely didn’t disappoint. The hotel size is really sufficient. Everything is accessible within few steps. That made it easy to go back and forth between sea, pool and restaurants for the 3 courses. Main restaurant’s food options were plenty. Quality was good and everyday, a new country’s cuisine was presented. I felt no need to try the a la carte restaurants. Definitely was a plus for me. Thanks to Mr Ayman and Mr karim in reception they were super welcoming and nice. Thanks to ms Hanan and mr Bakar and mr Abo elhassan and mr islam from main restaurant. Chef mohammed with his delecious feteer will be missed. Thanks to Mr eltayb in main bar and mr ahmed from the aqua park pool who helped me find my glasses when i lost them in the pool. I named a few names who i remembered but definitely every staff member made a good impression and made us feel welcomed and looked for.

It was an amazing holiday and we enjoyed everything about the hotel. From the start, the hospitality was perfect, especially from Mr. Mahmoud at the reception—he was very helpful, upgraded our rooms for free from standard to pool view, helped me find my son’s lost goggles by checking the cameras, and even gave us lunch bags after check-out to take on the bus. The whole staff were cheerful, friendly, and always ready to help. The room was perfect, the food was absolutely delicious with plenty of variety and different dishes every day, and the chefs deserve special thanks. We also loved the aqua park, the sea, the pool, and the night activities which were great for both kids and adults. It was our first stay but definitely not the last. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

The food in the outdoor restaurant wasn’t that good Other than that everything was pretty good.

It had a nice pool and aqua park. The food was also pretty good and had a nice variety.

One day there was a very bad small by the sea The water slides are nice but the pool itself was not clean The first 2 days of our stay the food was tasteless despite the big variety.

The staff are super helpful and nice.
