It was wonderful. The hotel is a popular wedding destination. It keeps active and lovely late into the evening. If someone has concerns about noise, this may bother them. But we actually enjoyed the wedding festivities.

The facility was clean and well kept. The location was wonderful. It is next to/attached to Smouha club and one of the points of entry is actually right next to the hotel exit. There are lots of stores, restaurants, etc within easy walking distance of the hotel. Most importantly the staff was wonderful. At check-in Ibram was pleasant and welcoming and very helpful. Usama, Rawan, and Ezzeddin were also very friendly and helpful. The bellman Abounob and Ahmed were very welcoming and helpful. They stowed our luggage after checkout until we were rest to depart the hotel area.

I had a great experience at this hotel. It’s exceptionally clean with a modern and stylish design that adds a touch of comfort and elegance. The staff were incredibly helpful and professional — special thanks to Osama and Mounier for their outstanding service and warm attitude. They truly made the stay more enjoyable. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and hygienically cleaned on a daily basis. The TV had a good selection of HD channels, which was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The hotel’s location is another big plus — right in the heart of Alexandria, making it easy to access everything around. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose it again.

There are some weddings in the evening. One night the music was to loud (I stayed at the 5th floor) for me so I called the reception at 1am.

To visit family i stayed for 5 night at this hotel. I really enjoyed the hotel because of the nice atmosphere, spacy room and great beds. As a sportive and heavy person a good bed is crucial for me. So I was really happy with quality and slept every night really well. The hotel is central located, but close to a really busy street. So i recommend to take Uber from the hotel to other places. And for me also really important: great service! For me Ahmed, Abanob and the woman who host the breakfast (forgot the name: sorry!) where to 3 persons who made my stay even more pleasant. They are really kind, friendly persons and really helpfull. Thank you guys!

Nice hotel with very good rooms, very nice Gym and very friendly stuff, ever willing to help (thanks Ahmed). With a little bigger/ comfortable pool, the hotel would be super. Also the location is ok. I didn’t do breakfast so I dont know how it is but I visited the restaurant and food was ok, if service little faster it would be better.

The hotel is amazing, it is new , with an exceptional degree of luxury , also very clean , we stayed there 4 days and it was great , the location is nice inspite of being away from the sea , it is near to smouha club , many restaurants, and many facilities. Some workers are careless in terms of Hygiene. I asked for coffee in the reception area. The lady preparing it was in the bathroom, she touched the rod they immerse in the coffee with bare hands. When I spoke to her, she mentioned she used sanitizer in the bathroom!!! Then the sanitizer +++ is in my coffee!! This was not the only incident but it is important to train people-on the health safety.
