The hotel is close to most of the tourist attractions in Giza. The facility was excellent in terms of appearance and adequately equipped to provide a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was delicious and varied and the quantities were sufficient for the number of people. The view from the roof is wonderful and you can see the pyramids clearly from close up. The staff are wonderful in dealing with the guests, polite and smiling. The hotel manager is a respectful and polite man. All of these factors led to a happy stay in all aspects.

Breakfast is a bit bland, there are not many options to choose from.

The room is big, clean, full amenities, has 2 AC and looks exactly like the picture. The staff is nice, always available, supportive and did not even ask for tips. What I liked most is the room food delivery service from the hotel, really convenient, especially when no food delivery service ships to the Giza part. When we stay in Cairo there are virtually no other guests (maybe due to the current instability), so we can enjoy silence and an empty terrace.

Omnia was very friendly and always very quick to reply. Abdelrahman the owner was super friendly as well and with some Google translate he was very helpful. The wifi was great and we enjoy the breakfast. Most of all you get an amazing view of the pyramids so I would definetly reccomend this hotel.

The WiFi doesn’t work but I’m guessing that is fairly standard across hotels in Giza

The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Omnia spoke fantastic English and was able to arrange all the bookings and meals for me. The room was comfortable and the view from the rooftop is exceptional.

This place was exactly like the photos – clean, comfortable, and incredibly good value for money. Honestly, for the price, I expected something much more basic, but it completely exceeded my expectations. The quality and comfort make it feel like a much more expensive stay. On my previous trip to Cairo, I paid more for a place that wasn’t nearly as nice. One of the best parts was waking up to a breathtaking view of the Pyramids right from the balcony – such a magical way to start the day. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace, also with a pyramid view, was a truly memorable experience. The staff were absolutely wonderful – super friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Thank you so much for everything! I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Cairo.

I especially appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the staff, especially Omnia, who was always friendly, helpful, and welcoming Breakfast was delicious, and I enjoyed having it with an amazing view of the Pyramids—it was a perfect way to start the day!
