The food in the main restaurant had a huge room for improvement, pasta station was horrible the omelette station was always busy and the deserts almost had no taste

Tourist and animation team were great and drinks at the bar were okay. The Italian restaurant was great, it was fine dining, the grill restaurant was good.

There wasn’t anything major we didn’t like. If anything, the variety of food options could be slightly improved, especially for guests staying longer.

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and had a relaxing atmosphere. The pool area and sea view were breathtaking. The real highlight of our stay, however, was Mr. Waleed from the reception. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. He made sure every part of our stay was smooth and enjoyable, and his hospitality made a big difference—we truly felt at home thanks to him.

I really appreciated the quieter garden room close to the beach area. The food quality and choices should be improved.

The resort is 30 minutes from Marsa Alam airport. I had a standard garden room and was very happy about that. The room was far away from the evening animation area and close to the beach. The cleaning person did a proper job and was friendly. There is a large animation area (theater and stage) which is busy every night as well as a club that can also get busy. The beach area was lively with aqua gym, Zumba and lots more. Special thanks goes to Waleed Fo at reception who helped me sort out some requests.

Food was acceptable quality, however, I feel that there should be much more variety and better food quality.

Staff were great, always proactive and addressed everything that we wanted. They constantly checked with us if things were fine. The hotel and rooms were clean and our room was spacious with a beautiful sea view. Special thanks to Mr. Mohammad Abbas and Mr. Mohamed Salah from hotel reception and management and also Mr. Hassan the restaurant manager.

The only thing is that AC is not working perfect despite Mr mohamed have showed me another 3 rooms with better AC but actually i didn't changed my room as it had an amazing view over the sea and lake so i wanted this room , but AC is ok just not too cold But definitely i will come back again

We had an amazing stay! The hotel was super clean, comfy, and the food was honestly sooo good, there’s something for everyone. Pool, beach, vibes, all great. Every person working in hotel was very, very kind and helpful. But the real star was Klaudia from Guest Relations! ❤️ She’s just awesome, always smiling, super helpful. You really feel taken care of with her around. She made such a big difference in our stay, and we’re so grateful for that! Totally recommend this place and if you get Klaudia looking after you, you’re in good hands! 🙌

Very nice resort. I stayed there for 4 days. Friendly staff. I had an issue in the beginning with my all inclusive drinks but they were able to resolve the issue. Good food with enough variety in the buffet. I really don’t recommend this resort. It’s in desperate need of a complete refurbishment. Rooms and shared spaces are incredibly worn and many have bad odors. The last room I stayed in had shower curtains that have turned yellow and smelled noticeably very, very bad. Noise is also an issue in rooms near the main pool. Food options are limited and incredibly disappointing in quality and taste.

Service staff is really, really friendly and wants to help. There is a lady baking fresh bread everyday which is really lovely.
