Nothing everything was great. Only one suggestion not a complaint. Due to the very hot weather and high consumption the soft drinks from the beach bar were very flat. I think soft drink machines like in restaurants would solve this problem.

From the moment we arrived till we left everything exceeded our expectations. All the staff and l mean all of them from the reception,supervisor, guest relations, restaurant waiters and chefs, life guards ,cleaners ,golf cart drivers,worked with dedication and professionalism. Always willing to help with a smile on their faces. Our check in took minutes thanks to Mr. Mustafa, Mr Wael and Katrina. They allowed us to view several rooms due to my wife's medical condition and we chose 802. It was perfect, newly renovated, clean and spacious Both cleaners ( Mohamed and Mohamed) did a very good job and were always willing to help and see to our needs. The food in the restaurant was amazing and the staff were the best l have ever encountered. Wide variety of food, fresh ,good quality and consistency throughout the day from breakfast till dinner. Special thanks to restuarant supervisor Mr. Nashaat and Mr Sherif waiters Kareem, Ali and Hossam, Chef Amr on the grill.all of whom went out of their way to provide the best service ever. Always wanting their guest to have the best experience with a smile on their face.The beach was clean and well maintained,. Life guards were also always very helpful. Even though there was alot of tourists ,there was always a place on the beach never felt any shortage of beach chairs or chaislongues.Changing rooms on the beach were a bonus. Attended just one night the show with animation team. Mustafa did a real good job with imitating Michael Jackson 👏 Check out was as quick and smooth as our check in. Transportation to airport was on time . So from check in to airport no complaints whatsoever. This was our first visit to Jolie Ville but certainly won't be our last.Proud as an Egyptian that we have a resort that has maintained its reputation throughout the years.To sum things up thank you to all Jolie Ville staff for a wonderful week in Sharm El Sheik. Keep it up and hoping to see the same staff next time as they were all exceptional.

The upgraded rooms were stunning — freshly renovated, spotless, and beautifully designed, giving the impression of a brand-new hotel. Every detail was carefully considered to provide comfort and style. Breakfast each morning was an absolute delight. There was a huge variety of fresh, high-quality options that catered to every taste — from continental classics to local specialties. What made it even more special was the service: the restaurant team consistently went above and beyond. A special shout-out to Hossam, whose attentiveness and kindness stood out, and to Hani at the egg station, who greeted every guest with a smile and cooked to perfection. The private beach was a true highlight — easily one of the best in Naama Bay. It's wide, clean, beautifully maintained, and unlike many others, it has very few rocks, making it perfect for swimming, relaxing, and enjoying the sea. This hotel exceeded all our expectations — not just because of the facilities, but because of the incredible team who clearly take pride in delivering exceptional service. We’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. It’s an experience you won’t forget.

The resort is huge, and all its facilities look like they’re brand new and well maintained. The vibes overall, were great. The music, the atmosphere, you name it. We loved the rooms, and the fact that the team very kindly offered us rooms that fit our needs at no additional cost. I will say that the images on booking don’t really reflect the actual rooms - in reality, they’re much more modern, so the pictures don’t really do them justice. The entire staff is extremely friendly, so polite, and we absolutely loved everything about our visit. Special thanks to Katerina from guest relations who managed everything seamlessly for us. from the moment we checked in Kat made sure to check on us and to support with whatever we needed. The location is right next to souq, so you had very close access to souvenir shops and restaurants. This was our first time in Egypt and we will for sure be coming back to this resort.

The bar is adjacent to the animation area so it is impossible to relax and sip your drink neither after dinner nor at night it is always too noisy and sometimes no place to sit at bar as some parents bring their children even toddler and sit with them. Coctails are not like coctail :) but barmens usually do thier best to make you happy. Also sometimes wait time for a golf car exceeds 10-15 minutes, you have to wait when it is too hot to walk to beach or restaurant.

It was exceptionally clean and the staff is constantly smiling always trying to help. They get to know you after first meal they remember your every single choice and make you you spend a perfect time there. The sea is clean and full of colorful fish. The hotel is close to every single attraction. The pool in the sports area has a bar and a jacuzi inside best place to relax with your drink after lunch.

We were asked to leave the hotel 1 hour before the agreed time for the late check-out. Then we were called again and this time they wanted the late check-out fee to be paid immediately before check-out due to the system. We thank Katerina for her help in making things about this issue go as we discussed.
