Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. TurkeyThe open buffet could have been better, the pool was very hot and many areas were still under renovation. Shaded areas by the seaside were limited. They have set hours for swimming in the sea, just so you know.
When they hear you are Turkish, they approach you warmly. The service and staff were excellent. The hotel was clean, and the à la carte restaurants were truly satisfying. It’s a hotel you can comfortably choose for a family holiday. Special thanks to Mr. Mostafa, who assisted us during check-in!!

Beautiful property located in the middle of naama bay and soho square. Highlights are the pools, buffet and food/drinks throughout the day, and friendly staff.

IsraelI noticed that the rooms need some maintenance, especially the bathrooms. Also, a few of the outdoor pools were not working during my stay, which was a bit disappointing.
I really liked the property. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the resort facilities were excellent. The food was varied and delicious, and the location was perfect for relaxation. The atmosphere made my vacation truly enjoyable.

TurkeyWhen we were checking in hotel, there could have been a tour of the hotel for us. We discovered the main pool by accident on our 3rd day. We were using the small one for the first 2 days.
The staff was welcoming and helpful. Food was plenty and tastes were good. Played golf for the first time, probably never gonna play again but it was a nice experience. The main pool was a bit crowded, but water was clean.

United Arab EmiratesThe only drawback we had was that we had to drag our luggage from the bungalow to the reception ourselves late at night (night flight) because we couldn't get through to the reception by phone to ask for an electric car. But this did not spoil the overall impression of the holiday!
A wonderful hotel, perhaps one of the best in terms of price-quality ratio! Friendly staff, I would especially like to highlight Ahmed at the reception and the cleaner of our room, as well as three workers in the canteen including Mohamed Basuen. Very responsible and hardworking guys! I would give them all a bonus or raise their salaries! We attached photos of some of them to the review. The hotel is located close to the airport, 10-15 minutes drive, very convenient to get to, and the planes never bothered us, it was even interesting to watch a plane descending in the distance against the backdrop of the mountains at sunset. At the entrance there is a barrier and security and after you are met by a huge hotel territory. Lots of pools, entertainment, food, everything is well-groomed and neat. Repairs were carried out in some places, but we did not particularly notice any garbage or inconvenience. The reef is wonderful, there are a lot of fish and they have already gotten used to tourists and literally envelop you while swimming! We were also lucky enough to see a large manta ray, it just appeared out of nowhere and slowly swam along the reef! There is also a diving (jumping) platform, we had a blast there. Thank you very much!
