My 6th stay at this hotel. Only gets better. Lovely helpful staff and nice clean rooms. Very good value for money.

The hotel is vast , the beach is one of the best snorkeling experiences. The aqua park and the animation team are super fun .The food is creative, diverse and delicious. The staff are really nice they decorated the room for our wedding anniversary and brought us a cake 🎂. They made our anniversary a memorable one . We really enjoyed the terrace singer ahmed nour, it was very memorable.

For a Radisson hotel I was abit underwhelmed by the resort. The waterpark area was OK but the bar service was there was awful and a couple of the staff came across as quite rude, in that they would ignore you knowing full well you were standing there waiting to order a drink or food. The pool water looked very dirty in the waterpark and the steps up to the waterside were very slippery and dangerous. The aircon in the room was not the best

The buffet food selection was good Most of the staff were friendly and attentive. The room was very nice and the facilities were good. I used the spa at the resort and had the most amazing massage and turkish hammam The laundry service was great for an excellent price

Very good location with easy access to all facilities in Port Ghalib. Free WiFi during the entire stay. Good selection on offer at the breakfast buffet.

Unfortunately our room was right above a bar/restaurant that had loud music until midnight. If you like to sleep early, ask for a room away from it.

Loud electronic dance music by the big pool. You cant really relax, read a book etc when the animations are happening. So you gotta plan properly if you wanna avoid these banging sessions. Same goes for the beach. Also what I dont like is that beach and pool bars close at 5PM. Usually they start running out of ice, drinks, ice-cream, food at around 4:30. The cocktails are a joke. Mojito is from mint sirup, no fresh herbs. Pinacolada is also from a sirup. They dont serve or sell any fresh juices. Its all sirup based, artificial and very sweet. However the food is usually nice with plenty of healthy choices. Dont expect plain burger and chips.

Excelent location. This resort has the best located beach in Port Ghalib. Straight from the beach you can go snorkelling, swimming etc. Beach is well protected from the strong winds. Food - really good in all aspects. It does not always look amazing but it is always fresh and very good tasting. For a canteen not bad at all. But dont expect expensive restaurant style. It's still an Egyptian style resort with a canteen for a lot of people. Staff - always nice and very friendly. We got nice room upgrade and early check in for no extra charge. They really work hard to make you feel like home and welcome. Almost nothing is a problem. Animations by the pool and beach with cheap dance music - annoying. But most people seem to like it.

Food in restaurant would benefit from being labelled as to its suitability e.g. vegan, vegetarian or gluten free Personally, the mattress was a little too hard, but the facilities and space of the room compensated for this.

Any problems, questions or queries and the staff at reception were always available and helpful As I went diving every day I cannot really comment on other facilities such as entertainment etc has did not experience it but from comments from other guests was really good Hotel has a basic equipped gym, which was also used and appreciated

hotel needs some renovation especially the bathroom in the room, it was clean but very old and destroyed, we have booked room with a breakfast only and tried to have a dinner at hotel one time - very little choice and unfortunately not tasty (price 20 usd pp is way too much for this kind of food), some sun beds are very destroyed, very little choice for the lunch at the beach, really long waiting and very small portions

good breakfast with tasty sweets, room clean and spacious, nice coral reef with a comfortable entrance from the beach, we could see colorful sting rays every day, you can swim also close to other hotel, very friendly and always helpful stuff, billiard and bowling

Our room was missing trash bags and it would have been nice to have some plastic utensils because we got take out food one night. That's all! This hotel was in a good location for getting off the liveaboard dive boat because it is close to the dock because we could just walk our gear over.

Friendly staff. The room was large and comfortable. They let us have breakfast both mornings of our 1 night stay.

We were in Room 3222 and the drain in the shower didn't drain the water, also we never had really warm water, only slightly less cold (but we only stayed one night, so perhaps it was just unlucky).

The hotel is very nice, with large, clean rooms. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast was spectacular. The reef directly at the beach offers a great spot for snorkeling, you can see all kinds of marine life in the first 3m from the beach. That was awesome. All in all, I can recommend this place.

I stayed 5 days. The dinner buffet was great except for the last 2 days less variety less than the previous 3 days. Overall good value.

Food was not good in taste, only at breakfast was a bit better. You will constantly be surrendered by any kind of seller, if you are resting at the beach or pool, there will be always someone trying to sell you services,if you are walking close to restaurants, they will try to convince you to sit and order, if you are walking down the stores streets, they will constantly trying to let you come in stores and buy. Stores prices are ,so far, the highest compared to Giza ,asswan or Luxor, for less better quality, literally a scam. Only exception felici and his friend (the first perfumed store at the beginning of the market street at the opposite side from the beach) , very nice people and a bit better prices.

The furniture and bathroom in the room are a bit old and outdated; they definitely need renovation. Lunch was really bad; there weren't many options to choose from. The snacks at the beach were better, but they only made one type of sandwich every day, so there wasn't much variety. The animation team was unnoticeable. It took us some time to even know that they do shows at night. But there was a quiz nigh and it was funny and engaging.

The beach is everything you could ever wish for. There are coral reefs and many beautiful fish, so you don't have to go somewhere else for snorkeling. One day, there was a dolphin and sea turtles. The beach is about a 7-minute walk from the main entrance. A shuttle is available, but they take a break to charge from 2 to 4 p.m. The staff are really lovely and friendly, and even when they're super busy, they're never rude. The hotel upgraded our room to a suite, which was good and spacious. Dinner was tasty and had variety. They had a different theme every night. The bakeries at breakfast were always tasty and fresh. The hotel's location is great. It is right at Port Ghalib, where there are lots of shops and cafes, all overlooking the marina.
