Amazing experience with this cruise ship, food was delicious and always clean. Staff very friendly with everyone especially with my children. I really have to praise our tour guide Medhat for the great time and knowledge. 100 percent recommend it.

It was an amazing ride along the Nile but the staff made it truly exceptional. Khaled from reception, all the housekeeping staff, the staff in the restaurant and the masseurs made the experience absolutely brilliant!

DON'T HIRE THE TOURS through this reservation, so overpriced and we had a lot of issues with the guides. They were not fluent at all in the language that we chosed, very poor explanations with no historic context and sometimes not accurate at all. The attitude was not friendly at all, we felt uncomfortable. It was really bad overall, the guides were assistants for the entrance tickets and the transportation but not touristic guides.

The boat is great, clean and refurbished. The staff is helpful and wonderful. We could see other boats around us and definitely this one is a good deal. I totally recommend this boat.

Everything excelent: the staff, with special note to the restaurant people, the shop salesmen, all very clean and neat, the sight view of the Nile magnificent. I strongly recommend it. A reference to the Planet Tourist Office, specifically to our excellent guide, Professor Gamal, an experienced egyptologist, who, besides the knowledge and information he shared with us, was almost like a guardian angel during the good many excursions we did to the temples. Thanks to all.

Great cruise. Easy found the boat, staff excellent, the delux upgraded cabin was excellent with its own mini jacuzzi. They even served us a special dinner with wine on our last night.

The lighting in the room should be brighter.

The services of the crew was excellent. They arranged for an anniversary cake, candle lit dinner and complimentary massage. The food variety was excellent and the food was very good. We took the sightseeing package and our guide Ahmed took us through the history of God Isis, Osiris and Horus, Hathor in so details, we felt like that we were living in their times. The transportation was arranged very smoothly in a private air conditioned car from the sightseeing spots to the cruise. We also went on the hot air balloon ride and the sunrise over the desert from the top of the balloon was mesmerizing.

We booked a tour in advance, which is recommended when you want to make the best use of your time. Our guide Kero was great: very knowledgeable, flexible and friendly - would definitely recommend him. We enjoyed the tour with him a lot.

Everything was amazing from the moment we checked in. The staff are welcoming and friendly, great quality food and the rooms were clean with comfortable beds. We chose to include the sightseeing package and it was the best decision. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and made seeing everything so easy. Can't recommend enough.

It was all amazing

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Khaled made sure to arrange our stay in the most comfortable way. The food was more than amazing, in terms of taste and variety (big thanks to chef Omar for all the delicious food). At the restaurant the service was really good. I highly recommend for a family and/ or friend stay. The rooms as well as the entire facility is very clean and neat.

Disliked the loud Spanish cheesy 1980s pop music on the rooftop. I can’t speak for everyone but it would be much better with classic Egyptian music playing adding to the atmosphere of being in Egypt. The WiFi didn’t work for the most of the cruise. Annoying! The kitchen tried to do a great job offering lots of different options but sadly, most of it just didn’t have any flavour. The biggest issue we had was the fact that ALL the cruises stick to the same schedule so ALL the cruise boats arrive at a temple at the same time causing massive overcrowding at the temples because everyone is there at the same time. It would be so much better to stagger the arrival of the cruises thought the day so the over-tourism issue isn’t as bad.

It was lovely to sail down the Nile and enjoy the views.

The cruise is for four days but one day and a half and one night we spent in Aswan without moving. The pool is very small. The entertainement programme is basic.

The rooms were big enough and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The food was tasty and enough. The ship crew was professional.

The most annoying part was that most of the time no one was available on the sun deck. I had to go down to the front desk to ask for drinks, open the umbrella etc. In my opinion this is caused by mismanagement. It looked like the management hadn’t given proper work instructions to staff. The cabin was spacious but needs some repair and updates. The safe was not working and even after replacement it didn’t work. Communication was sometimes not easy, English skills are on a very basic level.

The ship is old but has a charming touch. Although some repairs and updates really need to be done, we felt comfortable on board. The room cleaners were the most friendly staff. The food was good, drinks available at a reasonable price. The waiter responsible for our table did a good job. We had a good time on board and enjoyed the short cruise.
