The furniture and garments are old ,needs cleaning the toilet and kitchen are in bad shape,plates ,spoons and the rest of these materials needs tobe cleaned ,what's described on the site is quite different from. The site.

People are friendly there, a safe place with cameras at the reception, a kitchen with everything you need, and a quiet room on a high floor (17) without any noise, great location only 5 minutes walking to hilton and corniche

I stayed in the apartment and it was an excellent experience. The place was very clean and well-organized, located in a quiet area and close to all the services we needed. The owner is a lier he said he canceled and didn't I waited for a while in front of his building yo check in and he told me I have to wait for 4 hrs. Totally unacceptable.

The elevator is too old and scary the apartment got nothing to do with the Hilton not even the view wasn’t clean enough didn’t have wardrobe no air conditioning I booked the room 6pm I had to wait till 1am to check in because there’s nobody was there the apartment pictures on booking got me confused when I get there

It’s was value for money the building wasn’t far away from the sea it’s wasn’t bad as I stayed for one night the check in guy was nice

Unfortunately, I was deceived. I rented an apartment for 7 days, the owner never answered the phone, never replied to messages, and did not accept me into the apartment even though I paid for it. I had to look for something else. When I left him a message that the matter would be reported to the police, he started pretending that he had been away for several days and stopped responding to my request for a refund. Beware of the scammer. I'm curious what he'll write in response, what he'll come up with :) I can't wait for the answer and how he'll pretend and lie.

The is a good reason, why the owner doesn't show rooms on the photos. The place is cluttered, trashy, dirty, owner asks a lot of additional fees, even for a main apartment door key 300 USD. Thought the beginning it is maybe building key, but not, it is actual key to the apartment, and if you don't pay this 300 USD deposit you would have to notify him every time 30min before you leave apartment and 30min before I come back. Ridiculous. Basically you buy yourself a prison, not vacation. There were no such rules in the description of the apartment. Owner should be a guide for his guests. Not try to take scam them on every occation (later I found out that scammers many times do this high deposits to get from you US Dollars and give you back Egyptian Pounds). Don't be fooled. I had to book my stay in the hostel the same night, as I couldn't stay in this filthy apartment, which is nothing like in the description.

Fast communication via Whatsapp, but later found out it was for a reason, to scam you even more (TAXI from the airport costs 300-400 EGP (I checked with ChatGPT Avg Price and sent it to the owne), but owner will try to scam you on 1000 EGP, claiming that ChatGPT is talking crazy and the inflation is super high that is why it is so different (BTW i paid 300 EGP at the end). Don't believe in any of his words.

No draws or wardrobe for clothes, and not having own key was tough as I felt like I couldn't go in and out of the flat as much as I would have liked to.

The room was very poor, no cabinet, the ventilation was poor , no mirrors, the mattress was very hard ( not comfortable). The system of entry to the apartment was very unusual as I have to call the owner one hour before arrival.

There’s no breakfast, the owner was a gentleman, the location was quiet good.

I booked for 2 days. When I booked, the host made me wait 1 hour to send me the address and would only respond to whatsapp and booking.com messages NEVER to calls which was annoying even though I tried calling him many times for the exact address. When I arrived at his place at 1:15 pm, he was very arrogant when demanding that I take my shoes off even though I told him I was dropping off my bags and going out. He wanted me to walk barefoot even though he wore slippers everywhere. He kept telling me "you have to book a day before not the same day you are coming". But his reservation accepted checkin after 12 pm. I felt I was being watched and followed around the apartment which made me feel uncomfortable. His sister was also sitting in the living room not saying anything but watching everything I was doing. I had insomnia as the bed was too short and not suitable for people taller than 5'6 with the mattress being hard and tilted to one side. Also I saw cockroaches in the hallway and theres no window net in my bedroom allowing entry of rats/cockroaches. The bedroom was also very hot even with the windows open, fan on and no A/C. Theres no privacy in that place as he was eavesdropping outside my bedroom listening to my private phone conversations. He knocked on my door saying I was talking too loud in my room even though that was how I normally talked. At that point I felt I was there to follow his endless demanding rules like I was in prison, had enough of his arrogant attitude and decided to leave next day. I told him that I will leave the next day but he refused telling me "you did not give me 48 hours notice" although theres no policy that says that! He declined many requests for my refund through booking.com. He kept messaging booking.com "I will only give her 13.09 USD refund nothing more". Booking.com gave me the refund for one day left which was more than that.

Comfortable option to stay in Alexandria for several nights for good price. Apartments are in nice location, room is with a locking door. Alaa is really friendly and hospitable host. Bed might seem pretty hard for soft mattresses’ lovers, also sherpa blanket in my room was really hot to sleep under in June and looked not perfectly clean so I would advise to replace it with an ordinary one. - Property owner refused to change two ordered rooms to one. even if we stayed in one only. - No parking provided. As we were traveling by car, that was important for us and I filtered variants before making a reservation. It took a lot of efforts to find a spot. - No view from the 17th floor. Just a small piece of the sea between the buildings. Although the description says “Sea&Hilton View”, it is not true. - Bed sheets are not complete, no duvet cover at all, you have to use just old smelly blankets (but I must say there were plenty of them). - It was cold at night, no ways to warm the room except these blankets and sleeping altogether with the child. Property owners answered there is no way to get my family warm when I asked - no heater or conditioner, but there was a small heater in the flat, it was used during their night stand in the living room. The night stand was till 4am at least watching videos quite loudly. - All the night there was noisy in the bedroom - street sounds easily get to the 17th floor, there is an old door to the tiny balcony. Add videos from the living room were loud. - Towels provided were dirty. Bedroom, toilet and kitchen were not clean. Insects were in the bed. - No soap or shampoo provided at all. - Water heater is small and forbidden to be turned on all the time. You can turn it on, wait 30 minutes, use the hot water, turn it off. While it is turned on, there is only very hot water available. - I’ve asked for a hair dryer, it was given but then disappeared in the morning when it was needed.
