There was no hot tub, no slippers, no washing machine, no inner courtyard view, and no breakfast. Air conditioner dripped water onto the floor.

Location was great, we were able to walk to some of the places we wanted to visit.

When I arrived they told me there was a problem with my room so they changed it relocating me in another building 5 minutes far away. WiFi was very slow and sometimes absent in my room. The curtain of the shower is useless since after you take a shower the bathroom is flooded.

The room and the bathroom were clean. Nice of them they let me check in earlier than the actual scheduled check in time. The staff were great and kind. Location is very good in the city centre, from it you can easily walk to most places. Breakfast was very good, they also brought me something before 8:30 (breakfast starting time) because I had a tour.

Nothing, everything was perfect

The staff is amazing and helpful they make you feel like home. The hotel is on a 3rd floor of an old building, but they are the same historical buildings all over Cairo. The location is just perfect as you are on a small street, and you avoid the noise of the city, and you are central to everything by walk, public transport, taxi or uber. It was better than what I was expecting. I highly recommend.

Arrival a little confusing, the elevator was difficult to understand at first. The two doors to reception were very squeaky and need oiling. They woke us at night, and in the morning.

The building where the hostel is located is very dirty and ruined. So in the begin we didn't fell very confortable but luckly the hostel it self was really nice.

The room are renovated and staff did his best to be friendly. I can say a good balance price and service. The breakfast Was really delicious! Good position just 15 minutes from the egiptian museum.

we had to walk 4 floors when we arrived since the elevator works only for guest who already have a key. Not a bad thing, just a comment :)

Everything was great, from the very friendly and helpful staff, to the room itself. Perfect location as well, we could walk to the Egyptian museum. The breakfast was very tasty and was brought to the room, which was also nice, and the room had amazing conditions. The wifi worked great, which was a first in Egypt for us :) thank you for everything, we totally recommend this place! PS. Don't be mislead by the building of the place, the conditions are very surprising :)

There was no hanging in the bathroom. Warm and cold shower were available, but the water flow was poor sometimes.

A security guard let us in the elevator when we arrived, since we did not have the key to enter the elevator. The elevator was fine for us, but I could imagine why some westerners or europeans would be freaked out by it. The staff was always friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good but basic. There was AC and refrigerator in the room but we didn't use either. One side of the curtain rod was broken, but that didn't bother us too much. Toiletries were provided. There was a cupboard, which had some hanging, also a cosmetic table which had great lighting. Place was okayish for the price.
