I would suggest better options for dinner buffet. Fruits were not available. WiFi is weak, though I have Egyptian sim so I did not depend on their WiFi.

Staff are polite, supportive, and welcoming. Ms Cristine PR makes sure that you are pampered. She is leading the team perfectly. Some highlights: Resort looks much better alive than in photos. Pristine, clean, excellently maintained, quiet, and yet in the centre of Aswan. Hotel boat is always available to take you to the mainland. Two swimming pools, properly shaded during the hot days. Breakfast is continental with a variety of foods. Waiters are polite and professional. It's an island, whatever room you get, it will be overlooking the Nile. Western terrace, massive, shaded, overlooking Nile and Nubian villages. The view is stunning.

Food... I had diarrhoea and there is no variety on food.

Gym could be a little bigger but regardless you don’t normally see gyms in hotels so it was still a positive experience

I think adding some local dishes in their menus would be valuable. Not only general Egyptian cuisine but also dishes from Aswan and Egyptian south.

The friendly staff and their quick response to any requests or questions. Despite the fact that the hotel is on an island, the hotel’s boats are always available to transfer guests from and to the premises. I enjoyed spending time in the city and the stay on an island at the end of the day.

Some equipments are not really good (door of the room, the smell of cigarettes in the corridor, etc.). Staff availability.

The AC wasn’t working properly, could have been better. There was limited option for vegetarians. The showers were getting blocked easily.

It’s on an island and you need to plan accordingly as boats run about every 15 min and are slow. The distance from hotel to the coast is about 5-7 min.

The hotel personnel is very helpful. The structure, garden, swimming pool, restaurant, food are excellent.

It is an enormous building that may feel some lonely as there were only a few guests

The hotel was very clean and the staff was great, they were always attentive. For example, they made me gluten free pancakes for breakfast. Room service and spa are great too

We had a wonderful stay at Pyramisa Isis Island Hotel in Aswan. The hotel grounds are tranquil and beautifully maintained, offering a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Our room was very spacious, exceptionally clean, and offered a stunning view of the Nile River. The hotel offers a variety of dining options and luxury services, and the staff were consistently friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Breakfast was included with our room, which made mornings easy and convenient. One unique aspect of this hotel is that it’s located on an island, so you reach it by motorboat. While this adds a few extra minutes to your schedule, the boat ride itself was peaceful and relaxing—and once you’re across, you’re right in the center of everything. For us, it was a perfect balance of serenity and accessibility. The only minor downside was that the bed was a bit too firm for our personal preference, but that’s obviously subjective. Overall, we give this hotel a solid 10 out of 10. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommended if you're looking for a calm and scenic stay in Aswan!

Things to increase, some people ask tip and I didn’t like. Is a nice hotel to have a bad behavior. But they told me they will take care of that for the future guess.

Some parts of the hotel are showing its age, which may bother some, but everything is clean and looked after.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the guest services manager (Ms. Christeen) made sure I had everything I needed. Room was newly refurbished, and was very comfortable.

We didn’t appreciate being ask the shake hands on giving a 10/10 review as if we’re doing some sort of contract with the hotel staff. 10/10 hotels simply don’t do this. Additionally, food was always overcooked and dry which made dining a disappointing experience especially when you’re stuck on an island and there’s no other choice.

Wonderful location, gorgeous views of the surrounding area. Very helpful staff it help us find a lovely room. Easy access by boat to the mainland.
