The maintenance is not very effective. We had issues with the shower, and it needed a lot of time to be fixed. The AC in the master room was not cold. We asked them to fix it, and it was temporarily cooling, then it was hot again ( it was last night, so I didn't bother to call again. The pool is not temperature controlled, so if you can't swim in cold water, then you will not use it.

The overall experience is terrific. We LOVED it. Location, friendliness, cleanliness, and everything are super.

So unique, everything is newly furnished, it has a history in it and the story I love the place. I love the vibe. I love the decoration. I love that is EXCLUSIVE and I love that it’s close to public visitors. Only people who are renting in the Villa can use it. The swimming pool is really nice. The stuff is really friendly the small studio I rented had everything in it. I didn’t need to buy anything from outside.

The property was spacious and very cozy in a centralized location of Al Maadi! It is definitely a hidden gem amongst the area, near by many shops, restaurants and down the street from the clubs at the Nile River and movie theater. Not far from New Cairo or Giza. Everyone working here is friendly and welcoming, security and front desk staff are readily available and very knowledgeable. I ended up booking my stay even longer because I enjoyed seeing the community lit up happy faces every morning after my adventures. Will be coming back

The water pressure in the shower was mediocre. Additionally, the air conditioner in the master room was a bit weak.

Exceptional facilities. The gym and pool were fantastic. Additionally, it was great to have a washing machine in our room. The room was absolutely huge. Finally, the staff were incredibly helpful.

Stayed here for a few nights. It was perfect for our stay. It’s quiet, everything you need is here. The team here are very helpful and you can message them with q’s which is a great idea. Our driver was a little lost when we tried to get here, but FOH were available to assist immediately, and we had no issues at all. The apartment is very clean and defiantly has a top end finish with a boutique touch. Super happy to have found this place and I would highly recommend these apartments if you are in Cairo. You can’t go wrong with welcome you receive here 🙏

Our stay at this property was absolutely fantastic. The apartment was spotless and beautifully designed, with every little detail thoughtfully taken care of. Located in the lush and peaceful neighborhood of Maadi, it’s perfectly situated—just a short walk from supermarkets, coffee shops, and restaurants. The property itself is stunning. The swimming pool is gorgeous, and there’s even a well-equipped gym on site. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would definitely recommend this hidden gem to anyone visiting Cairo!
