The stay was excellent, and the entire staff was helpful, cooperative, and very polite. We truly enjoyed our time at the hotel. The room was outstanding with a breathtaking view. The food was varied and delicious. The reception team was wonderful, and I would especially like to mention Mr. Hussein, who was extremely polite and helpful to the highest level.

The staff were very friendly, very helpful and make their best to please your stay and serve the residents. Life guards are in every corner in the swiming pools and care for your safety and the kids. The reception workers are amazing especially Hussein who made our experience wonderful. In the resturants the food is great very clean and diverse, its very difficult not to find your taste. The waiters are soo friendly and the service is amazing. Very clean hotel, the rooms are vast and amazingly clean. The kids loved the water park as well we the parents, at least 5 lifeguards who organize and make it safe. I enjoyed every minute and for sure i will back soon

apart from facilities and location the best part were the staff. polite and always willing to go extra mile for the guests. special shout out to Ebrahim Atef from house keeping, and bartenders Emad Safwat,Aladdin (he needs his magic carpet) and Mahmoud Shafek. Hussein at the reception was really helpful. I think staff made this visit 10/10. keep up the good work guys! we will be back!

Sometimes the main pool could do with some extra cleaning but overall no negative comments to make about this resort

Excellent resort that strikes out by its huge size which provides enough room for all guests without being on top of each other. The place is kept very clean and the choice of food is very good due to the several restaurants available on site. The aqua park offers many options and is well maintained and secured.

the bridge into the water is still incomplete. we could not reach the reef. this would take the hotel to the next level for me.

the food was good, there was always what to eat, and it was delicious. breakfast was exceptional, so was dinner. the room was large also the pathroom, the cleaning was very good. the staff was very friendly and helpfull.

Great Stay with Wonderful Sea View and Friendly Staff We had a lovely stay at the hotel! The reception service was great — even though we arrived early, they managed to give us the room ahead of check-in time, which we really appreciated. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a stunning view of the sea. It’s large and spacious, but still very easy to get around. My room (4027) was big and comfortable. A special thank you to Mohamed, the housekeeping staff responsible for my room — he was very polite, professional, and always made sure the room was clean and tidy. The food was relatively good, though there wasn’t a huge variety. Most of the staff were kind, friendly, and always happy to help, which made the stay even better. Overall, a relaxing and pleasant experience — would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh!

Snorkeling site is with a boat (2 hours at least )which was time consuming a bit and I was staying 2 days. Really wish we stayed longer.

Beach is spacious, very clean, safe for children, and I saw a small octopus 😊 Many pools. Great food all time everywhere Aquapark is so much fun for everyone Great staff, so friendly and helpful
