Egypt- Poor animation team - Pool not heated while should be adapted with Nov weather as it winter time and kids could'nt swim at the pool during the whole trip. - Staff at the reception were not friendly and didn't like their attitude specially with the Egyptian guests as when asking to check it early as soon as possible as I have kids ( I had waited for 1:30 to get a room ) and when asked for late check out for two hours extra to cope with bus time they refused and gave us only 1 hour while there was foreign family with us asked to late check out by 6 PM and they accepted!

Lebanonnot all reception staff are helpful. They should learn from Seif. A "guest" should be treated as a "guest" and should find solutions rather than just stating the obvious. The food could be much better. Labranda is very generous, and the Chefs are trying there best, but it needs a touch and gourmet taste which is missing. You guys have the elements, just needs a notch. But for a beach hotel, the food is good and plenty. Same goes for the nonalcoholic drinks, which could be better. Consider adding slush!
Seif at the reception went out of his way to help correct the technical problem in our reservation through booking. The hotel is very nice, the rooms are nice and clean. I thought the family room would be bigger, but it was ok with the extra bed. It is spacious (but for some reason I thought it would be two connected rooms or something like that where we could have the kids in one room separately). The pools are nice. The staff at the buffet are very nice and generous. The guy at the coffee place at the pool (shame it opens only in the morning till noon) is a superman. He does great coffee. Cleaning staff at the restaurant are super helpful and courteous. The food festival was epic and had so much fun! i also like that the hotel tries to provide of things for its staff, they are very generous for their food and wellbeing. And there is continuous learning, though managers can be a bit too tough and unconstructive at times.

TurkeyFood and beverages can be develeoped. Many kinds but seems too much cooy paste with different colours especially for desert buffet. Strangely the quality of meat dishes are very low both fot veal,lamb or poultry. Spirits quality very very low except beer& wine. Coffe beans should have been a standard or reachable rather then the powder nescafe vending machines.
Beautfiul gardens well looked after. Sea and sea view was good even if it was windy (we were there in first half of april). Very big surface area with nice sunbeds and umbrellas. Family rooms have enough space, the standard rooms might be a little small even for 2 I guess.
