I came with my girlfriend and we were looking for a hotel next to the pyramids and grand museum. The room was clean, staff was really friendly and showed good manners. They also helped us to book our trip to saqqara and they let us leave the suitcases in the lobby. The view to the great pyramid is great and in the rooftoop there’s a restaurant. The restaurant works independently from the hotel and it can get busy when receiving people doing tours. We enjoyed our stayed in Giza and we would recommend it to travellers

no running water early morning due to some issues but good they were able to fix it, view from room where we stayed is not good but maybe other rooms have a good one..

their breakfast is superb and the pyramid view (2 pyramids) from the rooftop is excellent, it's super close, neigborhood is great, have elevator and have an ironboard as we really needed one! ..they have great dinner menu also..

Everything 😍. This is one of the best hotels I've stayed on my travels. Attention to details and Top-notch customer service. Always willing to assist with any of our queries. Omar was always attentive and helpful. We even had a UK socket in the room. It was indeed a 10/10 experience.

The breakfast. It was not good at all. Although the staff did their best to serve us and make us feel better but the quality of food was very poor. The bakery and the feta cheese were acceptable but not fresh. Ta’mia was the best. But the Turki, processed meet, beans and other types of cheese were not good at all. Even i didn’t feel safe to eat.

I liked almost everything there. The location is very close to the pyramids, the pyramids view is awesome at daytime, staff are very friendly.

Great location, friendly and heloful staff. The rooms were spacious, modern and clean and had all necessary appliances with multiple sockets which was great. The rooftop was fabulous. The building itself is modern and in a great condition.

The room facilities need a double check, electricity plugs, bathroom, and satellite. But it won't affect your stay.

The location is incomparable! the staff is super friendly and helpful. The place is new and the atmosphere is breathtaking. Special thanks to the Roof Restaurant for hosting our late night dinner and being cheerful and helpful all the way. Beds are very comfortable.

F&B - breakfast is certainly improvable. Also, while I understand its a muslim-run establishment, having at least 1 beer in the menu (or in a vending machine) would be nice, given that there didn't seem to be any vendors in the area. Location - perfect for the pyramids, far away from everything else. So consider this choice wisely, based on your itinerary and length of stay in Cairo.

Staff - responsive and supportive. Views - room view + restaurant view of the pyramids are fantastic. Location - for the pyramids, its strategically located and the area isn't too raw.

I think I agree with other reviews that the breakfast could be improved a little, for example an addition of toast bread and a toaster would increase the expirance but I do not have anything else to complain about.

Everything was great. We were delighted with our choice of hotel. The road outside is noisy but you will find that anywhere in Giza that is near the Pyramids. I sleep lightly but brought along my ear plugs and slept very well in our super comfy bed after my busy days sightseeing. Internet was best in the lobby but again that is common in Cairo. These were minor points and it would be our first choice of hotel in Cairo. I highly tecommend this fabulous hotel.

Spacious, clean and modern room, view of two of the Pyramids, extremely comfortable bed, friendly, helpful staff, superb breakfast served on the terrace with Pyramid view, efficient organisation of drivers, kettle in room, hot water, proximity to pyramids. Reasonably priced restaurant in the evening. We had a lovely stay and it would be my first choice of hotel if we return to Cairo.

No instructions on how to work the television, and we had to ask for the wi-fi code at reception. Breakfast wasn't great quality.

Spacious rooms, a kettle for tea and coffee, but no milk provided. Clean, bright decor. Enough pillows, comfortable bed although too soft. Good wi-fi everywhere. Nice selection of toiletries. Some rooms have a fantastic view of the pyramids. Breakfast is on the rooftop terrace with a view of the pyramids. It would be nice to have parasols there to shelter from the sun.

Be aware that you are on a busy road that has traffic all night long. The Egyptians use their horns all the time, so don't expect any peace and quiet.

The view of the pyramids from our room was amazing. The rooftop restaurant has spectacular views of the pyramids. The Marriott across the road has a nice restaurant.
