As I am a seasoned traveller to Egypt, I expected the exterior to be older. For a new traveller, it may be a little daunting but don’t let it throw you off. It’s ultra modern and brand new inside and the staff are great.

Daily breakfast options instead of same breakfast daily. While the rooms looks like the pictures on booking site, they are not exactly 100% same with some enhance features. Also would be great to use exact pictures for the different superior rooms because it can be misleading.

You won't believe how amazing it is when you step through the front door! And once you step out of the elevator, you'll be surrounded by such a cozy and spotless environment. The view from the terrace is absolutely unbeatable - I could sit there all day and all night. The room was just so comfortable and pristine.

Just the terrace where breakfast is served …. It’s a serious sun trap and way too hot. Perhaps more shade? For the price the breakfast should be much better. Scary old lift!

The superior suite was beautiful and featured a bathtub overlooking the Pyramids. It was immaculately clean.

The staff at reception are disorganized & tried to charge me someone else’s bill. The lift broke down while I was in it which was frightening. There were people partying in the room next to me on our last night which kept me awake.

The moment I stepped into my room, I was awestruck by the direct view of the Pyramids - it was like having a piece of history right in front of me! But what truly made my stay unforgettable was the phenomenal service. The staff, including Mariam, Youseff, Abdul Rahman, Mumin, Zaynab, and were all incredibly attentive and courteous. Our tour operator mohammed , was knowledgeable and passionate, making our exploration of the Pyramids an unforgettable experience. The management team, led by Ibrahim and the owner, Abdullah, were always available to ensure our needs were met.
