The receptionist Aya was friendly and asked how was my stay during my last day at breakfast. My tour guide was soooo amazing she took me to the famous pyramids and Egyptian history locations. I also had wonderful driver, who made sure I was safe and got to my destinations. Other workers were nice as well and took me around the area to get lunch

The best price in area We were very close to the Pyramids, the pictures are really accurate!! The staff were amazing, we had a seamless transfer from Cairo Sphinx airport back to the hotel, where they offered us complementary arrival drinks and we stayed for dinner at the rooftop bar. The staff also ensured we had enough water bottles for when we went out for the day, and were happy to store our luggage in the lobby until we got back. Additionally, the same gentleman who drove us from the airport to the hotel also took us from the hotel to our next accommodation in the centre of Cairo - both just $20 per journey! They were exceptional and would definitely recommend to anyone in the Giza area! If I ever return to Giza l

We had a wonderful stay! Mr Ahmed , the host and owner, was absolutely amazing—so helpful and kind throughout our trip. He went above and beyond to assist us with planning and organizing tours across Egypt, which made our experience truly unforgettable. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Egypt!

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and very helpful especially mostafa. They also have an amazing restaurant and cafe on the rooftop which we visited everyday. Highly recommend! A great hotel for a good price.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel! The room was big, clean and had great air conditioning. Breakfast with a view of the Pyramids was simply unforgettable. The owner was very kind and welcoming. Gabriel explained us all the excursions and even let us keep the room longer on our last day. A special thanks to Abdul, our guide for the Pyramid tour. He was fun, with a great knowledge and made the experience truly special. If you’re in Giza, don’t miss the chance to tour with him, he’s amazing! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Giza!

Everything was perfect ! The guy at the reception, Mustafa, was so kind and friendly. And the girls who were working there were amazing also. The location of the hotel is easy to find and there are markets 1-2 minutes away from the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. There was coffee and tea, and a fridge. The breakfast was taste and it was the best arabic food. The view of the pyramid from the terrace was lovely. I enjoyed my stay here and I’m definitely coming back here next time I’m in Egypt !! I recommend this place if u want to stay near the pyramids.

5 mins drive away from the pyramids and very accommodating with requests

We contacted the hotel from Spain via WhatsApp to book not only the stay, but also airport transfers (both ways) and two days of guided tours. We agreed on a fixed price and reconfirmed it before our trip. Everything seemed clear. When we arrived at Cairo airport, no driver was there, and we had to wait over 30 minutes. We got to the hotel at 1 AM, exhausted. Instead of letting us rest, the older man in charge took us to the rooftop to “discuss” the tour. He took advantage of the time and our tiredness to raise the agreed price by more than €60, pressuring us because the tour started at 8 AM. Also, meals were included, but they kept trying to charge us again every time we ate. It was a constant argument. To make it worse, on the last day they tried to charge us again for the airport transfer, which we had already paid for. Another fight. The only positive thing: the guide Abdu was amazing, very professional and kind. And nice views. Everything else was a disaster. Untrustworthy staff, constant pressure, and clear scamming tactics. Do not stay here. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The position is great! It's very close to the Pyramids, 20 min walking to the entrance of the Sphinx. The road is full of services. The staff is really nice, the guys of the breakfast are super and always smiling, Yara and Wafaa are great! Super kind and supportive! The view from the terrace is beautiful, directly on Cheope pyramid. The breakfast is not buffet but good, you get egg, falafels, bread, jam, beans, vegetables, cheese and a hot/cold drink. We did the tour (private driver) to Saqqara, Memphis, Dahsur, Alexandria and the night cruise on the Nile river with them and we had a great time!

Cleaning standards could be improved a bit :) We spent here 5 days so a buffet breakfast maybe would give more choice to change what you eat everyday (but of course in this way there's less waste and that's also good), but if you stay here 2/3 days it's perfect!

I had a great stay at the hotel, thanks to the incredible help and kindness of Yara Khattab, my new friend! She went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. A big thanks also to Aladdin, who brought a lot of joy to the experience - I’m sure he’ll soon find his Jasmine! I had a wonderful time and truly appreciate all the warmth and hospitality.

The restaurant could improve its appearance a bit, but the food itself was really good!

The room was very clean, comfortable mattress and I sleep well every night with tea kettle which I appreciated. The staff was very friendly and gave me my privacy. The restaurant food was great and they adjusted the free breakfast for my dietary needs and offered more than I thought.

We had an incredible experience staying at Master Pyramid Hotel during our holiday in Egypt. The highlight of our stay was our tour guide, Abdul, who truly made our trip unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Abdul went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience. He explained everything in great detail, helped us navigate local markets, arranged our Nile cruise, museum visits, pyramid tours, and also made sure we had the chance to visit the Church of Abu Serga, the Jewish Synagogue, and the English Church. Abdul's knowledge was exceptional, and his friendliness made us feel right at home. He is an invaluable asset to your hotel, and I will definitely recommend him to my friends. As for the hotel itself, we booked pyramid-view rooms, and the view was absolutely stunning, especially during sunrise and sunset. The hospitality was exceptional, with the hotel manager coordinating our entire stay, making everything seamless. The staff was outstanding, and Rahim, along with his restaurant team, provided excellent service, making every meal delightful. The rooftop was a perfect spot to relax and take in the amazing views. Overall, our stay was comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable. I highly recommend Master Pyramid Hotel for its great service, friendly staff, and especially Abdul, who made our experience even more special. I will definitely recommend this hotel and Abdul to my friends!
