Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location, hotel and staff were amazing. A special thank you to Mahmoud and Raneem at the reception, Abeer the Guest Relations Manager and Emad the bell-man. You all made this an exceptional stay and we felt right at home. The room was spacious and the team made sure to make the guests feel at home. Will surely be staying there more often.

TanzaniaThe food we ordered from their restaurant was not okay, we couldn't eat any of food. Also I broke a glass in the toilet, the cleaning crew didn't clean it after 2days, I have to call their attention to do so. Finally the laundry service is too expensive compare to other same rated hotels.
The juice offered at their breakfast buffet is exceptional, and the fruit patter. The staff are very courteous and attentive.
