The main pool (Not the Health Center ones) and its surrounding area really need more frequent cleaning. On the one day we visited it, there was quite a bit of trash on the ground, which was disappointing given the otherwise high standards. Also, arranging the airport shuttle was more difficult than expected. There seemed to be a language barrier when communicating via email, and when I tried calling (twice) from my German number, no one answered despite being on hold for a total of 25 minutes. Interestingly, when my friend called using an Egyptian number, they picked up right away.

We had a great stay overall! The staff were all lovely and welcoming, the food was great—especially the Italian restaurant and the generous breakfast buffet. Room service was also solid. The hotel itself is clean, beautiful, and peaceful, and the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We especially loved the Health Center’s pools—they were absolutely fantastic.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the JW Marriott Cairo for a few days while attending my best friend’s wedding, which was also hosted at the hotel. To make the experience even more special, it happened to be my birthday during the stay — and I can’t say enough about how wonderful everything was! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcomed. Everyone — from the front desk to housekeeping and all other staff — was exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful. A special surprise was the complimentary birthday cake they sent to my room, which was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture! The room itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and featured a breathtaking view of the golf course — waking up to that view each morning was a treat in itself. The wedding venue was absolutely stunning — elegant, classy, and perfectly organized. Every detail was handled with care, and it truly made for a magical celebration. Overall, my experience at JW Marriott Cairo was nothing short of amazing. I felt pampered, celebrated, and completely at ease. I’m already looking forward to my next visit — I’ll definitely be coming back!

The coffee in the room was Nescafé sachets and paper cups. You can’t have high quality marble bathrooms and that for my morning coffee, it’s not right.

Professionalism by all the staff: front desk, room service, pool boys, bellboys, breakfast staff. Everyone was professional and efficient. Quite surprising and comforting. The beds and pillows are heavenly. The temperature of the rooms was perfect always. Very kind in accommodating early check in and late checkout. I’m really impressed.

We were unable to enjoy the beach pool as there were construction workers at the spot that were leering at us making us extremely uncomfortable, we then used the heated pool which was alright but not exactly scratching that beach itch. There was no warning that the area would be unavailable or that there was construction before hand and the reception did apologize, but ultimately disappointing as we were only spending one night. The cleaning crew were also extremely loud and made an awful lot of noise at 7:30 am waking us early.

We decided on spending our anniversary here as we were yearning for a beach and a romantic dinner at Cucina. The atmosphere was perfect, the location was beautiful for pictures and the food was complimented with live music, which were both exceptional.
