KuwaitHonestly, there was nothing we didn’t like—everything exceeded our expectations. The only thing we’d suggest is having a special shortcut or direct access to the aqua park for hotel guests, which would make the experience even more convenient.
The property was exceptionally comfortable for my family. My daughters had a fantastic time, and the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The room was cozy and well-appointed, and the entire place was spotless and beautifully maintained. It truly felt like a perfect getaway.

AlgeriaDespite the overall positive impression of my stay, I did notice some management shortcomings. I’d like to share a few of them here, especially for families who might consider booking this hotel — they should be properly informed. The hotel advertises standard family rooms on Booking.com (for two adults and two children, as in our case), but in reality, the room setup is not suitable in terms of bedding. I booked a room with two single beds and one double bed, only to discover upon arrival that this room type doesn’t actually exist. The hotel only has family suites. This is clearly a false description — likely an error from the hotel. What was worse is that I had clearly indicated my bedding needs when booking (as I always do), but this was not respected. I strongly recommend the hotel correct this misleading information so that other families don't go through the same experience. As for us, I had to sleep on the floor while the rest of my family shared a 180 cm bed. Only the next day was I moved to a more spacious room with two 160 cm single beds and an extra bed. The hotel did not offer any compensation — no refund, no alternative solution. Another issue was the aquapark. It might appear as if it’s part of the hotel facilities — but it’s not. It belongs to the Jewel group, is open to the general public, and doesn’t meet the usual standards of comfort or safety. One more point for families: if you’re looking for lively entertainment or kids' activities, this is not the right place. The hotel is extremely quiet. I hope the management — given that the hotel only opened last May — will improve things with time. There are still clear weaknesses, particularly regarding the responsiveness of the front desk staff. In fact, none of my messages through Booking.com received any reply, and I honestly doubt they were even read. Despite all this, I still gave a good rating to encourage the management team to keep working on improving the quality of service.
To end my stay in Egypt, I spent two nights at this hotel located between Nasr City and New Cairo, not far from Cairo Airport. This is a new and modern 5-star establishment. I particularly appreciated its luxurious decor, the cleanliness of the place, and the enthusiasm of the staff, especially the housekeeping team. The pool was perfectly calm — a real moment of relaxation.

Unfortunately, this was not true. As soon as visitors gathered around the gate, they let them in. Not fair for the price we paid.

Our stay at the hotel was nothing short of outstanding! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The facilities were fantastic, especially the swimming pool and the kids' area, which were a huge hit with our family and provided endless fun. The hotel's location is perfect. During a recent business trip to Egypt, I stayed at Jewel Plaza and Aqua , a five-star hotel located in the Nasir city The check-in process was smooth and the staff were professional and welcoming. My room was clean, well-furnished, and equipped with modern amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a minibar, and a spacious bathroom. . Breakfast was served at the hotel’s main restaurant, offering a wide variety of international and local dishes.
