The downsides of my week-long stay include the room furnishings and bathroom, which really need updating. Everything is solid and meets your needs, but a hotel of this caliber deserves better. It's very clean, though. They gave me a room with a sea view, which I really liked. The food is very good, but I think you'll get bored after a week because it's so repetitive. The only snacks are hamburgers and fries. I was expecting something like ice cream. But overall I was very pleased and it exceeded my expectations.

Here are the positive aspects of my week-long stay: The location is super, right next to Soho Square, and you can find everything you need. It's also close to the airport. The food is delicious. There's always a variety of meat, fish, and chicken and beef..., but it's always repetitive, meaning the same dishes always appear. If you stay longer than a week, you'll get bored. The staff is very nice. Aschraf from room cleaning and Mohamed sish from the restaurant took great care of me. The reception service was also very good. If I come back to sharm el sheikh, I'll definitely come back to this hotel. That's why I give it a 9 out of 10.

There were some issues with door handles, and the furniture and plumbing were a bit dated — like in many places in Egypt — but the staff was very responsive and quickly fixed any problems we reported.

We stayed at the hotel as a family and were very pleased with our experience! Although there were sometimes lines at the meat and fish stations during lunch and dinner, if you came 30–60 minutes later, there was usually no wait at all. Special thanks to the staff — cleaning was always timely, they helped us find a table, were polite, offered drinks, and even played with our child, which was very nice! It was occasionally difficult to find a free sunbed on the beach, but with a bit of effort, it was always possible. Non-alcoholic drinks were available and freely accessible. We didn’t try the alcoholic options. The à la carte restaurant came highly recommended, but unfortunately, we didn’t manage to visit it. The reef is beautiful, though the pier could get crowded at peak times. Swimming beyond the buoys is not allowed, but even within the designated area you can see a lot of marine life. The evening entertainment and mini-disco were a bit repetitive, but our child enjoyed taking part, and we had a chance to relax during that time — a great format for families with kids. We also appreciated the walking distance to the central shopping square — it was easy to go for a stroll, change the scenery, and pick up some souvenirs or necessities. Summary: An excellent hotel for a family vacation. There are a few minor things to keep in mind when planning your day, but overall the impression is very positive. Cozy, clean, tasty food, and friendly staff. We were happy with our stay and would gladly return!

I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond expectations, offering genuine hospitality throughout. Special thanks to Mr. Ahmed Nagy from the reception and Mr. Mahmoud El Shennawy for their outstanding support. Mr. Amir at the Italian restaurant provided an exceptional dining experience — the service was fantastic, and the food was delicious. A big thank you as well to Mr. Mohamed Osama, the golf car driver, for being so helpful and friendly. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable. The variety of activities provided made the stay even more enjoyable — great job to the animation team for keeping things fun and engaging. Nothing changed in the last 13 years Hotel very Tired and Dated and well over due a refit ! Booked a Junior Suite which stated on this site Hot Tub in Room so we took with change of ownership must of had an upgrade but! But still the old bath tubs no plug in bath or sink ! Just a kettle in the room no cups tea/coffee sugar milk or spoons

1.The food mostly tasteless except the Italian Restaurant was extraordinary . 2. The hotel will be excellant with remodeling. The furnatures are very old. 3. The hotel needs extra golf cars to help guests reach the resturants and other facilities. The area of the hotel is large and beautiful. 4. The beach needs extra sandy space for swimming. At least 10 meters width and 300 meters length. 5. The diving area is excellant but will be better if it is larger. 6. The hotel needs a new chef who is welling to taste his own coocking before serving it to people. The fruits are un ripe and rasteless as well. Will be better to be used for juices and fruit salad with syrups. 7. Please put a note that you will charge guests 10 dollars for waisting food. Each person is required to finish the food in their plates and pay for wasted food.

The room is a little pit old but any way it’s comfortable.

I like the location, the stuff is really friendly and helpful and the food was good and many types. The visitor does not need to go on a boat trip to see the coral reefs or dive, because it is possible for the person to stay here on the hotel’s beach, and this is what distinguishes its wonderful location.
