Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United KingdomIt was quite a busy time when we went to this property, but this was expected as they are undergoing construction. Although the staff were great with meeting our needs. It was quite a slow service like we only had one socket in one of our rooms and three of us in so we asked for an extension lead and it took a while for them to get us this due to communication barriers. Also we booked on a floor that was non-smoking but people were smoking on our floor so I’m not sure how that works. I’d say the room itself is decent, I don’t think it’s 5 star worthy tho.
The location of this hotel is very great! It’s quite central so everything feels close by like food shops and sightseeing.

PolandCons: The hotel is showing its age and needs refurbishment, especially considering the price for the stay Furniture in the room was falling apart; the office chair had an unscrewed armrest, the sliding doors in the closet wouldn't close, and the shampoo dispenser was barely functional For larger guests, the bathroom setup can be awkward; the handrail for disabled people was positioned in a way that made it difficult to fit between it and the glass splash panel, requiring some gymnastics when showering Breakfasts had a mediocre selection, but the egg-station team and the lovely older lady baking bread were very friendly. Her morning smile could brighten your day. God bless her. Given the price, the hotel should undergo a significant renovation soon.

QatarThe Cleanliness in the room was Not up to standard of the hotel but upon complaining about it twice they proceeded to fix the issue and apologize profusely about it promising if we were to ever return it would never happen and we would be compensated with a better stay [i.e. promised that they will do everything to their power that we don't have anything to complain about]
The manager and hotel staff are attentive, friendly, and quick to resolve any issues as long as guests speak up. Their warm, proactive service creates a welcoming atmosphere, often anticipating needs before they’re even mentioned. While most problems are handled efficiently once reported, the hotel could further enhance guest satisfaction by addressing minor concerns before they’re raised. Still, their responsiveness and genuine care leave a positive impression, making guests feel valued and encouraging a potential of a repeat stays.

The jacuzzi was freezing cold on our second visit. The night and day restaurant is only open alternate days for buffet dinner and this was not made clear
