Everything closes too early in Cairo, so getting back to hotel & being unable to relax by the pool in the evening was frustrating. If the pool closes @ 9pm instead of 7pm it would be better

We liked everything about the hotel especially the staff service. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. My family lives the experience. Location of the hotel which is in New Cairo Breakfast was brilliant with a lot of choices The hotel is very clean and the rooms are big All the staff were extremely helpful The pool is amazing Thanks to Kero who helped to sort out the late check out as we had a late flight Thank for providing the cake for my granddaughter I strongly recommend this hotel

This is my first time trying a hotel and I loved staying there. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist Ali, who finished the procedure for us quickly and helped us with everything. Thank you, Hyatt Regency, for the unique experience.

The only downside of that hotel is also one of its asset: location! Not far from the pyramids and the GEM, the hotel is located in New Giza which is new and very quiet area, with not much animation around it. A car is required if you want to get the most of your trip staying at this hotel.

Hyatt Regency Cairo West is a (very) good 5-star hotel, very modern (brand new actually) and with all the services and facilities you may need. The staff is very welcoming and kind, the breakfast buffet is perfect and the rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped, some have the view over the pyramids.

Bit far from Cairo Center-if one needs to go there.
