the chalet was not clean and we found Cockroaches in the bathroom. It was very descusting. The swimming pool was out of services. I have not found easily transportation from reception office to residence place

The apartment wasn't clean. The kitchen is tiny. The apartment was filled with too many cockroaches (the small german type) was so discussing. The bathroom always had a bad smell (smelled like sewage). The beach and the swimming pool were closed for renovations. We were not informed that that was going to happen. The ad on booking should have been more transparent? At least we know what we were going to pay for. Complete disappointment.

The chalet was not comfortable and it had a very bad smell. Walls were very much in need for painting and furniture was so consumed.

No available seats at the beach & very rude staff there . Bad kitchen equipment, water service wasn't charged, and I spent 4 hours until water works Air conditioner remotes had a problem 😕.

The room wasn't clean , the bed sheets weren't changed. It was in a lower floor so it is too noisy to relax 😞 One of the Bathroom wasn't working The air conditioning wasn't working even after checking it by the maintenance man It was one of the worst experience I have ever had in porto sokhna

staff are not helpful at all, no car available to facilitate transport to chalets from reception when we arrived and we were late almost an hour because of this renting system is very poor apparently multiple third parties or something like that , they didn’t reply regarding my extension request which should be easy to do when I arrived , cleaners didn’t want to mob the floors although it was dirty and was arguing with me that it is not dirty which is very strange actually , it seemed to me he didn’t want to do his job chalets from inside are not bad but not wow, I would rate it 5 out if 10 and it is a generous rating the electric hup looks awful but working I didn’t like the division on the beach of owners and rentals and others I tried porto hotel rooms before but this is my 1st time in chalets , it was not a good experience specially I had my old age parents with me and they suffered

I didn't like the cleanness of the rooms, there were a lot of dust, and the towels weren't clean.

It is not first time for me to go Porto Sokhna but this time was different, I went with my family of total 6 persons, they only provided us with 1 key to use, I asked them several times for at-least another key but they said not possible. Imagine I went there to work and my family are not able to take elevator, open building door or even go downstairs because everything needs a key. I had to go back home every time anyone want to go out. Beside that, customer service is really rude, like REALLY rude. I don't think I will every go to this apartment again specially with this kind of management.

I liked the view and the diversity of services around the place.

Furniture needed to renewed Only one access card per chalet imagine that 4 persons should always move together. Only one elevator is working in the tower consists of 21 floors. ( long waiting) Very Expensive cafes and restaurants. No heated swimming pool. A small Kids area was free in the past ,now became with a charge.

There was maintenance work, furniture was old and destroyed, parking fees was crazy in every parking you pay and whole day is about 75 egp,
