Everything is clean and good location

The location is good. The man responsible for getting you inside the room was helpful. The room was clean.

There is no reception. I arrived early. So, it was confusing for me to find the access. The shower needs a curtain to prevent water spilling outside. The elevator needs to be refurbished.

Wifi is really bad - embarrassed me whilst on an important online meeting with clients- you need to sort out your wifi issues asap if you want guests to extend or even retain existing customers for long! My advice to you guys, your apartment are expensive and thats not a problem as apartments are new but please be a bit more generous:- 1- Please put 2 big bottles of water, small bottles can be drunk all at once on arrival ! 2- put little washing powder in a small plastic cup in case of urgent use of washing machine. 3- put long life milk together with the teas and coffees. 4- stronger wifi good for 5 gadgets. 5- no harm in letting guest know in advance that you only take cash payments !

great helpful staff, capricious room with all the needed facilities

Very new, very clean, has all necessary amenities, very friendly and helpful team! Looks just like in the photos. Area felt very safe.

There was a sewage smell, not sure if it was from this apartment or one of the neighbouring ones, but owner said he would look into it. Entrance was a bit difficult to find, but owner was very responsive and helpful to find it.

The property doesn’t have a reception and I had trouble finding the access as I wasn’t told that I needed to take the lift to level 11

The manager of the property lives in the building, so it is easy to get the key and other things we need. The room is big with cooking facilities, and the surrounding area is much cleaner than the old Cairo areas.

The bathroom is big, but the shower is not very comfortable. There is no glass panel or shower curtain so the water got spread everywhere.

The room was very clean and occupied with everything you could need and the staff are ready to help you with everything you want like renewing the tissue box instantly

The elevator was a bit scary , the water took a couple of seconds to switch between hot and cold

All the staff are very nice & helpful. Good experience. We are happy & surely will repeat again if we come to cairo next time.

The rooms are fully equipped with all facilities and there are complete kitchen utensils. I lived in more than one room. There are different sizes of rooms and the location is very excellent. There are restaurants and cafes on the street and close to the Nile.

Nice staff, easy to reach the property if you have Egyptian mobile and you can speak Arabic. Supermarkets, restaurants and Cafés around the property. Left is there to the floor of accommodation

No daily clean. a lot of beggars in the street.

The studio was clean and elegant, everything was available, the location was perfect and the staff were friendly and helpful especially Mahmoud & Mahmoud. As well as tried their another branch at Altajamo3 the building was new, luxurious with bigger room space Really I loved both

There was small misunderstanding because they are charging extra 15-20% as service fees which it wasn’t shown to me at the application (so I payed application price includes pice,vat & fees + 20% services charge), 20% is not great value but it must be mentioned clearly & Mahmoud explained to me the reason & they will fix this at the application
