The property was vey clean in a good location

The hot water wasn’t stable either too hot or too cold

Clean and comfortable and one of the few places that have hot water heaters in summer. We enjoyed the stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful and gave us good information about the different things to do around the city. The apartment was spacious and clean and the appliances were all functional and the air conditioning was strong and effective. If we are in town we will come back for sure! Highly recommended! The city is a bit noisy even with closed windows so get your ear plugs 😊

Clean, comfortable and air conditioned bedrooms

We are satisfied with the level of service provided by the staff. The greeting staff are professional, helpful and kind.

Our first concern was a security issue, the glass sliding door to the balcony can't be locked in any of the apartments they showed us. Second concern, the area is near a high volume area where they don't stop partying loudly until sunrise. The noise was so loud all night, it was hard to get a good nights rest. Third concern, we left our daughter's basketball outfit, it was found by staff after we called to verify. We gave them the name and address of the hotel to mail the items. We were told by Ahmed that he would mail the items, however he never did and he stopped communicating with us. And that was very disappointing to us. We offered to pay the shipping cost and he said he was going to mail it out that particular day but he never did.

Staff were friendly, especially Uncle Ahmed, who helped us with the luggage. The poor quality of the place doesn't apply to the staff working there. The facility is a few steps from the beach and corniche, which is the only good thing about it.

The place is very small and run down. It offers no value compared with the price! It could have been logical if a place with such conditions was for a much lower price. The bathroom and the kitchen are terribly run down with a bad odor. There was stale on the shower. The living area is super small and furniture is far from comfortable. The only good thing was the bedrooms with only beds and air conditioners. What was really disappointing was how it never looked like pictures. There's no sea view option in this building because there's another building standing between it and the sea. However, after reservation, when I contacted the property to check if there's a sea view option they said it's dor a different price, while there can never be a sea view there. This is a scam. Also, when a dining table with 4 chairs is stuck in a corner crammed next to other chairs this shows its there only for the looks and not for practical use because there is no space for it. I'm glad I spent ONLY two nights there and had to leave for another place. Never again.

Old building , no house keeping

I really liked my stay there. Everything went smoothly. The host is nice and respectful person. The 2 things I really loved are the relaxing and quiet place and also the location which is near to everything in the town (restaurants, beaches, markets...). I didn't need any transportation to go through the city.

The place is strategically located downtown. The facility is purpose built for families who need an affordable accommodation.

The place is too noisy. The space distribution is poor. The kitchen is too basic. No microwave, toaster or pans.

The property is so nice and the crew are so friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended

Dirty, very dirty. They don't change bedding. I can find other one's hair on the bed.
