Clean, comfortable and air conditioned bedrooms

Clean and comfortable and one of the few places that have hot water heaters in summer. We enjoyed the stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful and gave us good information about the different things to do around the city. The apartment was spacious and clean and the appliances were all functional and the air conditioning was strong and effective. If we are in town we will come back for sure! Highly recommended! The city is a bit noisy even with closed windows so get your ear plugs 😊

Super comfortable, clean, low fuss accommodation. Staff were relaxed, respectful and helpful. Excellent access to shopping, corniche, and close to swimming beach in a easy to move around neighbourhood. Our kids had a great time with local entertainment and everyone slept well with the A/C and clean comfortable beds. Very much appreciated

It's not something that I didn't like, but just if there was a microwave in the kitchen, it would have been better!

The location of the place is excellent, close to the beach, close to many restaurants, close to the main markets, easy parking. The rooms and beds are very adequate and comfortable. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming, and their response was always quick and satisfactory; The conclusion: I'd always come back again in sha2 Allah! and I would certainly recommend the place to anyone asking!

Wifi only available at reception , no easy and safe car parking , balcony door was really hard to operate , sea view was disappointing and not as expected in photos ,

The hotel was reasonably close to the beach and activities. The staff were friendly, hospitable and clean. Ahmed was particularly helpful in advising us how to get to where we needed. We would consider coming back again.

Our first concern was a security issue, the glass sliding door to the balcony can't be locked in any of the apartments they showed us. Second concern, the area is near a high volume area where they don't stop partying loudly until sunrise. The noise was so loud all night, it was hard to get a good nights rest. Third concern, we left our daughter's basketball outfit, it was found by staff after we called to verify. We gave them the name and address of the hotel to mail the items. We were told by Ahmed that he would mail the items, however he never did and he stopped communicating with us. And that was very disappointing to us. We offered to pay the shipping cost and he said he was going to mail it out that particular day but he never did.

We are satisfied with the level of service provided by the staff. The greeting staff are professional, helpful and kind.

The place is very small and run down. It offers no value compared with the price! It could have been logical if a place with such conditions was for a much lower price. The bathroom and the kitchen are terribly run down with a bad odor. There was stale on the shower. The living area is super small and furniture is far from comfortable. The only good thing was the bedrooms with only beds and air conditioners. What was really disappointing was how it never looked like pictures. There's no sea view option in this building because there's another building standing between it and the sea. However, after reservation, when I contacted the property to check if there's a sea view option they said it's dor a different price, while there can never be a sea view there. This is a scam. Also, when a dining table with 4 chairs is stuck in a corner crammed next to other chairs this shows its there only for the looks and not for practical use because there is no space for it. I'm glad I spent ONLY two nights there and had to leave for another place. Never again.

Staff were friendly, especially Uncle Ahmed, who helped us with the luggage. The poor quality of the place doesn't apply to the staff working there. The facility is a few steps from the beach and corniche, which is the only good thing about it.
