Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. EgyptThe spa experience was terrible.The treatments were substandard, and it’s no surprise given the unprofessional conduct of the manager, Mr. Remon, whose arrogance and mockery of guests is unacceptable. Such behavior is disgraceful and reflects a complete lack of respect for customers.
What makes the hotel special is the staff working there, especially Mr. Mohamed Abo El Seoud, Mr. Karim Director of Reception and Mr. Khaled ‘Max’ Restaurant Manager of Borsalino.

EgyptAlthough the room was super clean and tidy, minor cracks were observed on the wall, likely caused by a previous water leak. While the damage appears minimal, addressing these details is important, as they can significantly impact guests’ impression of the accommodation.
We enjoyed our stay a lot. The staff were decent and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The swimming pool and spa facilities were truly exceptional, in addition to the pleasant fragrance throughout the floor added a lovely touch to the overall experience.
