This hotel is very comfortable, and the staff are friendly, especially the front desk staff member Shahd, who was exceptionally warm, polite, and spoke excellent English. The hotel's decor is newly renovated, and the hygiene and environment are very good. The breakfast is also freshly made. If you're staying in Old Cairo, you can choose to stay here – there are also many restaurants nearby.

Wonderful hotel, centrally located, clean and tidy, AC is ice cold, showers hot and clean, exceptional staff, very helpful, this is the only place I will stay in Cair. Special thanks to Shahad and Saeed . And all the wonderful staff. I will be back.

staff was very nice. Shahd helped us have a nice tour on the Nile. Location was great, 10 minutes walk to Tahrir Square. Clean rooms, good wifi speed. Value for money place.

Nothing to complain!

I decided to book this hostel because it looks neat, clean and location is in the center, near the Egyptian Museum. We stayed here only 2 nights, separately 1st and last night in Egypt. They let us use the public restroom at the day we already checked out, before moving to night bus to go to Qena, kept our luggage without any charging during our trip to Luxor, Aswan, until the day we were back to Cairo. They also offers laundry service in good price. Furthermore, you can book private trip through the hostel, e.g. to the pyramids. Additionally, the reception is always (24/7) occupied, helping us at our late checkin and early morning checkout, the staff is truly amazing! They are always happy to assist no matter what, and you can easily contact them via WhatsApp at any time. Thanks to the owner Abdo, his brother and everyone else at the hostel - I had an amazing stay in Egypt.

Building entrance doesn’t have a sign with the hostel name and it is not pretty. We had booked a taxi with the hostel so the driver knew where to take us. Once you take the elevator to the 11th floor it is a nice surprise to see a modern hostel.

Very comfortable, modern, always clean. It’s on the 11th floor so it’s not noisy. It has a connected tv. We were a bit concerned about problems with the water pressure since it’s mentioned in a couple of reviens but we didn’t have any problems. Breakfast was quite complete (eggs, yogurt, fruit, veggies, coffee). It’s not a buffet, it’s prepared on the spot.

The wooden door lintel separating the dining area and the kitchen is a little low. You have to be careful with your head if you are tall 😂 . If you are short, don't worry, you will be safe 🙂.

What really stood out for us was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Happy, Shahd and Ahmed were so kind. Happy even prepared a takeaway breakfast for us when we were going early to Giza. Facilities were spotless and everything we could need. Great shower and our own fridge. We felt really at home and slept very well.

The breakfast needs to be levelled up a bit

I really liked the room, spacious and clean, the amenities and the availability of free drinks 24/7. the highlight was the service that was top-notch. It could be a bit cleaner. The breakfast served at 08:30 is a bit late. It was okay for us on but on the last day we needed to wait longer as fresh bread and eggs were still to be delivered - yet we had a flight to catch. This point could be may be rectified a bit.

We had booked the biggest room ( 2 adults & 2 kids ). We had 2 double beds. The room was very spacious and had a corner with a sofa and table too. It also has a tv with Netflix option if you have an account. The bathroom had a shower and a whirlpool and had a Window where you can watch the sunset! The Room is in the 11th floor if I remember right. The other Window has a view out towards the citadel. I love this place. I have stayed in a 5Star Hotel 2 blocks away a year ago - but now I would always prefer this one. Shahd (The Lady) and Ahmed (The Man) are very friendly and helpful. The place is mordern and nice. The entrance is difficulty to find, but we were send a picture and we were recieved from the gate. All 5 Stars *****
