The view, thr place close to all services and fun places like the sea and the games.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and were open to feedback, asking if everything was okay and if there’s anything they can do to make it better. They know their way around Matrouh and they give good recommendations. The location was central, the view to the sea was beautiful.

Tap water not clean - was yellow. The receptionist did not check if everything was well, just reminded us of check out time. The apartment could use a revamp.

The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning. Waking up to the turquoise waters of Marsa Matrouh each morning was an unforgettable experience. The location is perfect, just steps from the beach yet quiet enough to relax. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our group. But what really made the stay special was the exceptional hospitality from the staff. Osama and Samir went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. They were incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful with everything we needed, from local recommendations to arranging activities. Truly top-tier service.

Honestly, there’s very little to complain about. If anything, the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but it didn’t detract from the overall experience.

Many thanks to Mr. Mohamed Ismael and Mr. Sameer for their accommodating hospitality, the partial sea view room (2 bedrooms) was really nice and could see pretty much the whole sea. There were few non-critical kitchen items missing, but they brought it to us instantly. Will definitely come back next year.

The place is very good and cheap, best value for money. The position of the property is very good, everything you need to buy is 5-10 minutes walk maximum. The best things were the sea view and the staff, they were super friendly and helpful. The attached photos are of the view from the balcony

the flat was not clean , air-condition some of them weren't working .the pluming had a problem and the sink was flooding .the washing machine not was as expected. we couldn't use as normal . the kitchen was not full and very poor.
