The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and were open to feedback, asking if everything was okay and if there’s anything they can do to make it better. They know their way around Matrouh and they give good recommendations. The location was central, the view to the sea was beautiful.

The facility was ok. However apartment was missing some essential equipments such as the washing machine that was not working. There was no pegs to hold the washing on the line. No enough baskets for the rooms. May be room for improvement is to equip the apartment with toilet papers, soap, dish detergent & sponge, etc..

The location and the view was exactly what I was looking for. The staff was so helpful specially Mr. Mohamed was very helpful and always smiling. Very friendly and welcoming. Dealing with him was so pleasant. Thank you Mr. Mohamed

The elevator had some cleaning maintenance that caused a strong chemical odor which we could smell in our bathroom but by the morning the scent was less.

The property was clean and had a nice view of the ocean. The kitchen was stocked with what you needed. The beds had clean sheets and also comfortable with functioning air conditioning. The front desk staff was very helpful and attentive as well.

the location is perfect! it is a 5 min drive to Souq Libya and a 5 min walk to Gelaty Azza and you can easily have a walk along the Corniche that you see from the apartment balcony. Hesham at he front desk is great, super helpful and very nice.

The flat is not comfortable and the city is so noisy and full of very high music 24/7 which was totally disturbing The smell of the city was also very bad and there was no towels in the rooms and the lights of the room are white lamps and no night stands beside the beds

The staff are very nice and very helpful They treated us in a very friendly way The did their best in everything and when we asked for pillows they send it on spot Also when we faced a problem with the AC Mr Ahmed came to us on spot

very nice and clean place. I think the best in Matrouh. I got a couple of two bed room apartments, both with sea side-view. very clean apartments. very clean hotelish sheets, all bed rooms with air conditioners. location is perfect, the neighborhood is a bit crowded but still very nice place. Masjid is nearby and beaches are less than 1 minute walk from the facility. a nearby garage is available , you can park there for like 50 or 60 EGPs per day. On top of all this , very nice and friendly staff. I wish I could stay there for longer. Mr Mohamed Al Taweel ,Mr.Hisham are super nice, special thanks to both of them. I do not recall the name out other staff members but I'd like to thank them all

Apartment was clean. Location is second row to the beach. It is in the middle of everything. Supermarkets are next door. Freez cold Ac in each room. Living room has a nice fan. Balcony is a good size where you can have breakfast or dinner.

The room was not very clean at the check in, but then the housekeeping did deep cleaning on the same day!

Mr. Ahmad was very friendly and helpful hat any time. The location and the service there was good as already mentioned in the comments.
