A four-star hotel in Hurghada that offers a five-star concept. All staff are friendly and welcoming, and the food is amazing. The hygiene standards are top-notch, deserving of 10 stars. The rooms feature comfortable beds, superb cleaning services, and each room has a wonderful view. Most importantly, you encounter a team that genuinely cares about the guests. Staying at sunrise Alma bay resort was great. From day one even before I arrive to the hotel front manager Mr. Wael has been fantastic and very helpful. Him and his team goes over and beyond to accommodate us to make sure that we get all we need and makes us as comfortable as they can. Also I would like to thank Mr. Mohammed the resturant manager to accommodations and his hospitality. Thank you sunrises Alma team for everything until next time.❤️

We had an amazing time at Sunrise Alma Bay Resort in Hurghada. The whole place is beautiful – from the clean beach and pools to the spacious and modern rooms. Food was always fresh, tasty and with a lot of variety. What really made the difference was the staff. Everyone was friendly and attentive, and a special thanks goes to Mr. Wael, who was incredibly helpful and professional. He made us feel very welcome and cared for throughout our stay. Overall, a fantastic all-inclusive experience that I can highly recommend!

The food is not the best but okay. Beach entertainment is limited as sea trips and activities such as sofa or banana boats are not available. Aqua park is also limited.

The staff is welcoming and quick to resolve any issues. The animation team is amazing, doing their best to keep everyone entertained with the resources available. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

I appreciate letting the bedouin corner and shisha work for early morning time, as 12:30 not logically specially in summer as we start going there around 10 to 11 pm

Absolutely nothing

The beach is sandy and clean. The rooms are practical, spacious, comfortable, and clean. The meals are varied and of high quality. I would like to thank Mr. Abdel Fattah first for his kind, beautiful spirit and constant commitment to ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I would also like to thank Mr. Mohamed at the reception, who worked to accommodate us in the rooms with ease and comfort. Chef Al-Qadi is an expert at preparing the most delicious and delicious meals. The beach, accommodation, and room service were excellent. The hospitality and professionalism of the staff are the story of the best vacation I have ewillingver had. I hope to return again, God .

Room Conditions: The furniture felt very old, and the bathroom was in a dilapidated state. It’s in need of serious refurbishment. À la Carte Restaurant: This was a letdown—the food and service didn’t meet expectations, and the main restaurant offered a far better experience. Service Model: You had to specifically request everything, rather than being served proactively, which made dining feel a bit inconvenient. Bar Access: Bars closed early—even during beach shows—and the only available bar after hours was at the reception, far from the beach area.

Main Restaurant: The food quality was genuinely impressive throughout our stay, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Beachside Shows: The entertainment on the beach added a lively atmosphere and was enjoyable while it lasted.

Staff attitude in some bars and main restaurant, food quality and taste as they using low quality material. Animation team needs more experts, boring daily shows and DJ is old, generally they need quality manager to follow up One of aqua play not working “the biggest one”

Clean rooms and convenient facilities, good locations and WiFi is very good. The italian restaurant doing very delicious food. Managers cares about guests and hearing the objections. Mr. Abdel fattah shawky reception manager very helpful

We had an absolutely amazing holiday in every aspect. The hotel exceeded all our expectations and met all our needs perfectly. The sea was crystal clear, the pools were spotless, and both the facilities and rooms were extremely clean. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. The entertainment team, especially Sara and her team, worked with great dedication to entertain both the children and other guests, helping us have a truly enjoyable time. I would also like to extend special thanks to Mr. Abdelfattah, the reception manager, who was incredibly helpful in every matter. In short, this is a hotel where you can truly feel at home, safe, and valued. Thank you for everything. We will definitely come back again next year.

Nothing, everything was amazing. Not that I had the extra time to do something different, yet I would have hoped for a larger TV, With HDMI cable to enjoy an extra monitor connection.

The architecture of the place itself is amazing, curvy, and artistic. Once you go past the entrance of the lobby, you'd feel that infinity spectrum ahead of you; wide refreshing greens, pool areas, and open sand & sea. The reception team made us feel so welcomed and at ease from the first moments till we were on our way back home. To me this is a must repeat enjoyable trip with the family. I would like to extend my thanks to Sunrise management and the staff members for their outstanding services that made my family and friends super happy with Hurghada; it was a very memorable fantastic vacation! Special thanks to the amazing and helpful Sunrise leadership and staff members Mr Abdelfattah, Ms. Amaal, and Mr. Mohamed for going above and beyond. There are more than 3 different restaurants with amazing designs, views and food. I've enjoyed the main restaurant; delicious wide variety of buffet dishes with the wide spectrum sea view. The bakeries in the morning were so fresh and fluffy. The meat dishes were tender and delicious. They were serving +15 different dishes of meat everyday. There is something for everyone's diet. Also the service and the vibes of the main restaurant were friendly and nice. I love this! Everyday the cleaning staff went above and beyond to make the room feel fresh, tidy, and new. They even surprised us with multiple welcoming decorative bed towel shapes. The sea is amazing, always is. Life guards are active! The vibes of the place itself is amazing!! The Gardners weren't just doing their job, they were spreading positivity. Huge thank you to the Animation team who heavily contributed to making this trip fun and memorable (Momo, Ahmed, Roma, Nemo, Sarah, Kemo....). Loved the animation team, the morning activities, and the night shows; lots of activities varying from the morning activities color fest splash, and water balloons "Olympic games, beach style" to the amusing and entertaining different night shows.
