Internet was slow but that is part of a bigger problem in Cairo since it was hit by fires and affected cell service

This hotel has truly become my second home. This is my third stay here this year, and every time I come back, I’m reminded why I keep returning. The team at the reception makes all the difference. Mustafa Ahmed, Mustafa Khalid, and Eslam Ahmad Taha are not only incredibly welcoming, but they also go out of their way to make sure every guest feels comfortable and cared for. They always greet you with a smile and are full of helpful advice—whether it’s where to eat, what to explore nearby, or how to get around. Their warmth and genuine hospitality set the tone for the entire stay. It’s rare to find a place where you feel so at ease, but here, it’s effortless. Highly recommended for anyone looking for more than just a hotel stay—this place

As usual everything was perfect and I spent precious moments in the hotel. The staff is fantastic and very warming, special mention for Mr.Ahmed, Mr.Eslam, Mr.Ali and all people at front desk, and the personnel of 12 floor were just fantastic. I had great weekend

Zamalek is where you want to be when visiting Cairo and the Flamenco is a great location. The views over the Nile are stunning and it’s very affordable. Would recommend.

Central location. Very friendly and helpful staff. I became a regular guest for my business trips. Very good value for money. Restaurants, shops/kiosks/pharmacy etc. All within a few minutes walk. Very secure area of Cairo 24/7.
