we loved the accommodation the host was really nice to us and helped us a lot we liked staying at the island

Everything! I was looked after so so well. Early trip to Abu Simbel, they arranged a boat for me to cross the river, without asking the gave me a packed breakfast and made me lunch, a really good lunch. On the day of check out I had a late night train and I was allowed to stay until the train arrived. This place is the best I've been at in Eygpt! Highly recommend! Thank you all so much!

This is a beautiful guest house with an incredible view of the Nile from the rooftop. The family that owns it is warm and hospitable and willing to help with anything you need. They serve a huge, full breakfast each day that is really yummy. I highly recommend this place.

I liked everything

Cozy accommodation with a very kind family. Doha and Mohammad went the extra mile for us to enjoy our stay. Local decor and breakfast on an amazing roof terrace did the rest. Highly recommendable!

Was unreal place to stay 10/10 recommend. Lovely family run hotel, rooftop view is spectacular. Room was spacious, clean and well equipped.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The view of the Nile from the hotel was breathtaking. Getting to the island was a breeze—just cross the mainland on the ferry, and the property is conveniently located just moments from the ferry dock.

We wanted something authentic and inexpensive. The guest house made up for it. It is very close to the public ferry. Staff very helpful. If you want to stay on Elefantina Island, I recommend staying here.

The breakfast was amazing and the view from the terrace could not be beat. The house is also very close to the public ferry coming from the East Bank.

Best view in town. Spacious terrace. A minute from the ferry. Great interaction from host. She and her family were always there for anything we needed. Very kind and sincere people.

This place exceeded our expectations! We loved everything about it ! First of all, it's on a cute, quiet island 2 minutes by ferry (only 10 egyptian pounds/20 cents). We booked the rooftop flat which had everything we needed. The view over the Nile river is simply priceless ! The location, the view, the flat, the breakfast, the price and especially the owners, made our experience unforgettable! Plus, Doha helped us with all our tours (Abu simbel, boat rides, jabal abou el hawa, etc) at the best price. We cannot thank this family enough for the amazing 3 days we spent in Aswan and we're definitely coming back !

We got a whole apartment with a kitchen and lounge area. I was able to use the washing machine which was a bonus! The WiFi was extremely good. The breakfast was ample and served in our room in the morning. It is close to shops and restaurants

The plug points are very awkwardly positioned.

The host we very helpful, met with us as soon as we arrived, the place is on an island you have to take a boat to the island it was very lovely getting to your home with a boat. The food was great, the Nubian village was near the very good restaurants were available near by, very near to train station

Gamal and his family were very welcoming and helpful. He helped us with arrangements for a 4am boat trip back to Aswan and came with us at 4am to the harbour, which is a very short walk from the guest house. It was no hassle at all to travel over to the island and we are happy with our choice

The family were wonderful and very accomodating! the location is very peaceful and they were able to help us with getting to Abu simbel. On arrival the family offered us a lovely mango juice on the house and went above and beyond by also providing excellent breakfast, and a breakfast box for the abu simbel trek - Internet is surprisingly fast and the terrace had a great atmosphere + view!

Within walking distance to the ferry and restaurants. Hosts were very nice.

Rooms were very hot except bedroom that had A/C. Open shower (not separate) left floor very slippery.

Wonderful place! Very comfortable. Loved the high domed ceilings. I would have stayed longer if we had the time. The Nubian Island and culture were out favorite part of Egypt.
