Our experience at Galaxy Pyramids view inn was absolutely unforgettable ! From the start ,the hospitality went far beyond our expectations. Seif ,who come to pickup us up at the airport , was simply incredible- so kind, welcoming and professional,he immediately made us feel at ease. At the reception, we were warmly welcomed by the sweetest receptionist,always smiling ,helpful ,and attentive ,making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The owner mr.adam of the hotel is also truly wonderful- attentive ,generous,and always checking that every guest is comfortable and happy. the hotel itself is fantastic: our room with a jacuzzi was stunning , very comfortable, and offered a breathtaking view of the pyramids. Everyhing was spotless and perfectly prepared . Throughout our stay , the whole team went above and beyond to take care of us , always with kindness and attention. Recommend galaxy pyramids view inn to anyone visiting cairo.

The boys that checked us in were absolutely amazing. Airlines lost our baggage and we didn't get in until late. They took our bags and Seif even walked us to a nearby restaurant that he recommended so we could eat. They gave us fresh juice every morning and got ice and sparkling water when we needed. They were beyond accommodating. The view of the pyramids was breathtaking. I would definitely stay here again. Bravo guys!

Clean, very clean! Staff was amazing, went out of their way to even walk us to a restaurant.

Surrounding area can be a little pesky, elevator could be safer. Bathroom was a little tight. Book your tour/diver elsewhere.

Our stay at the Galaxy Pyramids View Inn was simply unforgettable. From the moment we were picked up at the airport, everything was perfect. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted with a wonderful surprise from the staff — they had beautifully decorated our room and prepared a flower bouquet to celebrate the beginning of our honeymoon. The room was luxurious, beautifully designed, and included a bathtub. What truly amazed us was the breathtaking view of the pyramids right from our window. Seif, one of the staff members, kindly accompanied us when we went shopping outside the hotel and even took us on a tuk-tuk ride. He made us feel safe and cared for at all times! We’ll always remember this experience and highly recommend this hotel.

Everything exceeded my expectations, although-the truth is- I was a little puzzled with the whereabouts of the hotel. The staff were excellent and very helpful, the rooms very clean, recently renovated, the bed was excellent. Good view of the pyramids from our window. Close to the main attractions. Would stay there again without second thought.

It is a little noisy, but you must keep in mind, Cairo is a city that never sleeps.

The staff were very welcoming and ensured I had a comfortable stay. Also a special mention to Sief who always made sure to welcome me and asked if I needed anything.

We organized a surprise stay at Galaxy Pyramids View Inn for a couple of soon-to-be newlyweds, and everything went perfectly! The staff was extremely helpful, kind, and even assisted with a surprise we had planned. Special thanks to Adam , always available, professional, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish.

Beautiful room, breathtaking views of the pyramids. Very clean. The staff couldnt have done more for us - Ahmed went above and beyond - getting us coffee and breakfast, and even helping us navigate the local shop. Would recommend highly.

My family and I have really enjoyed our stay at Galaxy Pyramids View Inn. The building has direct view on the Giza Pyramids from every room and nothing was blocking it. The managers were very friendly and answering every tiny request I had throughout the stay, especially Adam, Seif and the owner Mido. Next morning we were offered an amazing breakfast on the balcony of the luxe room facing the Pyramids and the Sphinx. All the rooms were new clean and well equipped with tea trays and water. I have ordered the transfer to pick up my parents from the airport very late at night. Despite the flight was delayed by almost 4 hours, the driver was well awake and alert. All in all we were very satisfied with the stay, albeit a short one!

If you want to fall in love with Cairo at first sight, then you need this hotel. These guys know their business. Great, very sincere attitude! From the first minutes, you feel at home, where you are taken care of. And, what is important, you feel safe. Although, as our trip to Cairo showed, you really do feel safe everywhere. There are no words to describe the delight of the view from the hotel room. It is something incredible. In 4 days, we still have not gotten used to the fact that when we wake up in the morning we see the Wonder of the World in front of us. It was wonderful! I think this is the best view of the Pyramids in Cairo that the hotel can provide. The room is very stylish, everything in it is new, impeccable. All the photos are completely true to life. The air conditioners work great, which is also important in such heat :) Very fast Wifi. A big recommendation to come to these guys (Adam, Mido, Seif and Seif and that guy who always worried about whether we ate :), they will take care of you, and they will do it with all their heart! You will fall in love with this place!

We had a wonderful stay ! bed was super comfortable , room was modern and immaculate , view exactly as described , with a nice balcony and the hot tub was amazing ! The Suite is perfect and they made excellent use of the space . We Were greeted with a welcome parfait and they packed breakfast to go for our early morning departure . While it was facing a noisy main street . it was quite in the room , and we never felt unsafe walking across the street , They was always a guard / ball man in the lobby we love him . Highly Recommend !!

Every thing is very satisfying, the staff , the traffic is vey near from pyramids and sphinx , the room is very clean , the bed room is very comfortable, the are many restaurants bside there , the staff is vey kind , the break fast also is delicious, I suggest every body this hotel , the price is very good

The staff is very friendly and they do what they can. The location is near to pyramids.

The hotel’s location is the worst. The streets are loud and dirty. You’ll be in the middle of a living area, which isn’t bad, but not in Cairo or that area. There was rubbish smell everywhere.

Rooms are brand new, modern and very well appointed. Pyramids view from the room is unbeatable. Staff was fantastic, especially Seif Ismel and Mido; they sorted out a cake for our little girls birthday and a little gift.

Amazing views of the pyramids. The room was exactly as in the pictures, clean and with all the facilities. The staff was great, especially Serif Ismel, who went out of his way to give us anything we might need.

It was a bit noisy with the street traffic, but normal for the area.
