Our experience at Galaxy Pyramids view inn was absolutely unforgettable ! From the start ,the hospitality went far beyond our expectations. Seif ,who come to pickup us up at the airport , was simply incredible- so kind, welcoming and professional,he immediately made us feel at ease. At the reception, we were warmly welcomed by the sweetest receptionist,always smiling ,helpful ,and attentive ,making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The owner mr.adam of the hotel is also truly wonderful- attentive ,generous,and always checking that every guest is comfortable and happy. the hotel itself is fantastic: our room with a jacuzzi was stunning , very comfortable, and offered a breathtaking view of the pyramids. Everyhing was spotless and perfectly prepared . Throughout our stay , the whole team went above and beyond to take care of us , always with kindness and attention. The boys that checked us in were absolutely amazing. Airlines lost our baggage and we didn't get in until late. They took our bags and Seif even walked us to a nearby restaurant that he recommended so we could eat. They gave us fresh juice every morning and got ice and sparkling water when we needed. They were beyond accommodating. The view of the pyramids was breathtaking. I would definitely stay here again. Bravo guys!

Surrounding area can be a little pesky, elevator could be safer. Bathroom was a little tight. Book your tour/diver elsewhere.

Our stay at the Galaxy Pyramids View Inn was simply unforgettable. From the moment we were picked up at the airport, everything was perfect. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted with a wonderful surprise from the staff — they had beautifully decorated our room and prepared a flower bouquet to celebrate the beginning of our honeymoon. The room was luxurious, beautifully designed, and included a bathtub. What truly amazed us was the breathtaking view of the pyramids right from our window. Seif, one of the staff members, kindly accompanied us when we went shopping outside the hotel and even took us on a tuk-tuk ride. He made us feel safe and cared for at all times! We’ll always remember this experience and highly recommend this hotel.

It is a little noisy, but you must keep in mind, Cairo is a city that never sleeps.

Everything exceeded my expectations, although-the truth is- I was a little puzzled with the whereabouts of the hotel. The staff were excellent and very helpful, the rooms very clean, recently renovated, the bed was excellent. Good view of the pyramids from our window. Close to the main attractions. Would stay there again without second thought.

Beautiful room, breathtaking views of the pyramids. Very clean. The staff couldnt have done more for us - Ahmed went above and beyond - getting us coffee and breakfast, and even helping us navigate the local shop. Would recommend highly.

My family and I have really enjoyed our stay at Galaxy Pyramids View Inn. The building has direct view on the Giza Pyramids from every room and nothing was blocking it. The managers were very friendly and answering every tiny request I had throughout the stay, especially Adam, Seif and the owner Mido. Next morning we were offered an amazing breakfast on the balcony of the luxe room facing the Pyramids and the Sphinx. All the rooms were new clean and well equipped with tea trays and water. I have ordered the transfer to pick up my parents from the airport very late at night. Despite the flight was delayed by almost 4 hours, the driver was well awake and alert. All in all we were very satisfied with the stay, albeit a short one!

If you want to fall in love with Cairo at first sight, then you need this hotel. These guys know their business. Great, very sincere attitude! From the first minutes, you feel at home, where you are taken care of. And, what is important, you feel safe. Although, as our trip to Cairo showed, you really do feel safe everywhere. There are no words to describe the delight of the view from the hotel room. It is something incredible. In 4 days, we still have not gotten used to the fact that when we wake up in the morning we see the Wonder of the World in front of us. It was wonderful! I think this is the best view of the Pyramids in Cairo that the hotel can provide. The room is very stylish, everything in it is new, impeccable. All the photos are completely true to life. The air conditioners work great, which is also important in such heat :) Very fast Wifi. A big recommendation to come to these guys (Adam, Mido, Seif and Seif and that guy who always worried about whether we ate :), they will take care of you, and they will do it with all their heart! You will fall in love with this place!

We had a wonderful stay ! bed was super comfortable , room was modern and immaculate , view exactly as described , with a nice balcony and the hot tub was amazing ! The Suite is perfect and they made excellent use of the space . We Were greeted with a welcome parfait and they packed breakfast to go for our early morning departure . While it was facing a noisy main street . it was quite in the room , and we never felt unsafe walking across the street , They was always a guard / ball man in the lobby we love him . Highly Recommend !!

Rooms are brand new, modern and very well appointed. Pyramids view from the room is unbeatable. Staff was fantastic, especially Seif Ismel and Mido; they sorted out a cake for our little girls birthday and a little gift.

Giza being a very loud city, you can also hear it through the closed windows. If you're looking for a hotel with a big lobby, then this is not the right place (the rooms are only on one floor of an apartment building which was no problem for us at all).

Beautiful rooms with the BEST view on the pyramids. Very friendly service. Good and copious breakfast. We could not have asked for more.

Nothing really! Cairo is a massive city so if you want to see other sights then base yourself nearer the citadel etc. But for the pyramids this is perfect

The view and the jacuzzi are the obvious highlights! But Mido and Saif were both very helpful too, and all the fixtures were very clean and modern

Nothing. My expectations were exceeded.

At first I was unsure about booking because of the few reviews. However, the hotel is very new and the rooms are modern. They look exactly like the pictures. The pyramids are within walking distance (10min) and you can even see one from the room. Everything was clean and the staff really super friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend the hotel. Thank you very much for everything!

Not being able to stay longer?

At first it doesn't look like a hotel is hiding inside the building. But we were warmly welcomed by the staff who greeted us with fresh drinks and showed us a "secret spot" of the hotel. The room is modern, functional, decorated with taste....and the view is simply incredible! We got to eat a copious local breakfast with fresh orange juice with a view over the pyramids, this is priceless. We would definitely come back 😃 Special thanks to the 3 young men of the reception who are really amazing people. It is rare to get such a good service nowadays
