The internet wasn't working but they fixed it within 30 minutes, they didn't refill the minibar when I asked for room service. Overall was great stay at this hotel

The view from the roof and room was amazing, staff doing great, but ypu have to tell the reception if ypu need room service. They offer a good variety of breakfast. Also big thanks to Mr Ali & Samar for their kindness & hospitality

The view from the top was absolutely beautiful. They were very nice and allowed us to check in prior to our check in time , Most of the staff were very nice, except for one person who was inexplicably rude when I asked a few questions about the local area. The breakfast operates on a first-come, first-served basis, with limited quantities: just 5 slices each of cheese, tomato, labneh, and what seemed to be mortadella. This small amount was meant for everyone to share, which was clearly insufficient. When we requested more for my brothers who were still asleep, our request was ignored. While the food was delicious, the portions were too small, so it's best to arrive early. There was construction inside, and you could hear all the noise. However, overall, for its price, it was really good. There were no electricity cuts, the majority of the staff were nice, and the beds were very comfortable.

AC needs service.It only work if you let it run for hours and I even changed my room due to this but no difference .There is no electricity backup.Electricity isn’t available for hours in Egypt as a routine but this hotel doesn’t have any backup generator.Upon asking they said generator is in repair shop and will come in a while but in my 4 days stay it never came

Rooms are clean and nice.Great value to money.Breakfast has just one item everyday so if you are planning to stay for longer time so you will get bored.Electricity is an issue in Egypt and during my 5 days stay their generator was not there and I was repeatedly told that its in repair shop which never came .However when I asked them to change the room because AC was suboptimal so they did. They can just manage this generator issue otherwise it’s a great value to money.I believe AC too need regular servicing.This place doesn’t has lift so if you have mobility issues so this place is not for you as all the rooms are on 1st and 2nd flood

The included breakfast was coffee and a bunch of food laid on a table out in hot air, that was very unsanitary. And of course we didn't eat a thing.

Breakfast was very poor and had lack of food options, and just ended up getting snacks from outside. Also the pillows were not completely clean.

Really good location and view of the pyramids from the bedroom was a plus. Showers and toilet were also good.

The noise from the main road and aircon is a little loud during the night.

The staff was very helpful throughout. They let us do a late check-out without any charges and the apt was clean as well. It was a peaceful stay.

Frankly, there were disgusting stains on the towels that we requested additionally because they were missing. Maybe these were stains that did not come off, but it was still not a pleasant sight.

It was very close to the pyramids and the price was incredibly affordable. I liked the cafe on the terrace and its hookahs, the view is also beautiful.

1-The receptionist gave the staff who's holding my baggages my EU 🇪🇺 passport to gives it to me up so I can tip him for that ,a trick that I didn't like ,the receptionist should gives me my passport by hand ,and this is not acceptable. 2-The room is on the top roof floor 4 without lift which is not mentioned on the booking, it's exhausting for me to go up and down 10 Times in these 3 nights. 3- a staff who's always on the roof connecting his Bluetooth phone on big stereo every afternoon and blast the music loud 🔊 which is making me hard to sleep or rest ot communicate with my family and kids 4- any question or information I ask about (staff) lead to offer me services ( money change low rate ,taxi with weird prices ,or guiding tour which i made it for free ) 5-the last night was a nightmare,kids party 🎉 with loud music 3 metres away from my door , I had to make my self busy untill they stop so I can sleep.

Our room was quite cold (we stayed in the beginning of February) Though the room description in Booking.com says it has heating, there was none.

Good property at its price range. Staffs are polite and respectful. Our tour started before the breakfast time, a hotel staff (Adil) arranged breakfast boxes for us. Food at the rooftop restaurant was good.

Friday there was a party on the roof with music and a lot of noisy people(engagement party) Up to 11pm which was very disturbing

Noises from the road and the neighborhood can be heard in the room. There is no hot water in the room sometimes.

Just the coordination of housekeeping the first couple of days and overpriced items on the rooftop, because of the inflation, one coffee is in the cafe on the rooftop for a price of 130 EGP which is very costly.

Other reviews which I read here are horrendous, but the truth is, yes, hotel is at the end of an alley behind one bigger hotel, but it's a normal turn, not some weird dark alley and it is just couple of meters from the main road. Yes, from the get go they have problem with cleaning since they don't know which place to clean because those housekeeping girls are 16 at maximum, so they sometimes just adjust the bed and don't change sheets, you need to tell multiple times, then later they understand. Nobody understands English much over there apart from Adil and maybe the main older manager, but Adil is very helpful. Also the breakfast is nothing extra, but not bad for the price which is mostly one of the lowest in Giza. They don't disturb you, your things don't get lost like for example in Tunisia where our things got stolen by housekeeping from our room multiple times. So whatever flaws were there at the get go, including poor cleaning, they went away as soon as we complained about it. It's not the place to "run away" from as other people are writing. But maybe it's because I have lived in India and I am used to different standards of things and this place seems fairly fine at least to me. And yes, horse stables are nearby so you can smell the ammonia from there quite obviously, but the view of pyramids is quite nice since you can see all three from the rooftop while eating breakfast.

Only drawbacks were the wifi did not work at all, it would connect but there would be no signal. Restaurant was cash only and was 8USD for a beer, otherwise was reasonable.

Stunning views with the location, extremely comfy beds and very helpful staff. Online payment was easy.

-The cleanliness of the bathroom/toilet and short supply of toilet paper was lacking. The staff did try to resolve this. -No shower door. Entire bathroom floods. A mop was provided -Did not consider religious meal preference. Veg and non-veg mixed on the same platter

-The staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. -It is a budget accommodation with a beautiful view of the pyramids.

Stairs are narrow ( no elevator )and street is dirty.

Great location , near Pyramids. Roof top restaurant is excellent( magnificant view of Pyramids), nice decorated.Big room and bathroom. Pizza was delicious😀
