Our air conditioning could have been a little stronger.

I’ve stayed at the Flamenco in ElQuseir a few times before. I think as pleased to see some upgrades like a tea kettle in the room and free of WiFi. I also feel like the food was better on the visit than previously. I also really like being able to snorkel from the pear.

Our air conditioning unit didnt work. There was a fault with the specific unit. They offered to move us to another room but we elected not to, so not really a complaint.

Breakfast was in a separate location from dinner. A very spacious very beautiful area. Coffee was good. The best aspect of this hotel which made us return to it rather than stay additional nights in another resort that cost twice as much was the long walkway board out to the edge of the reef. This meant we could immediately snorkel among a crazy amount of fish. We also did a glass bottom boat tour in Port Ghalib which was a big disappointment as much more marine life on our hotel reef.

All perfect except confusion over taxi ride to the airport and how it was paid which put a downer on the end of the holiday

Food amazing, staff amazing, all clean and lovely and relaxing. Wasn’t expecting it to be so nice. Didn’t realise all inclusive was available though and I would recommend that. We literally seemed to be the only people in hotel who weren’t on all inclusive. Very chilled, lots going on if you wanted to join in. Dive centre brilliant, entertainment staff lovely. All good

Only 2 issues, the public toilets were not clean, and the internet was not free. Other than that it was perfect, and I will definitely return.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and always with a smile, the location is great for snorkeling and diving you can even snorkel from shore, landscape is really nice, food was good with different menu every day. My trip was planned to be only 4 nights but we extended 1 more as we really enjoyed our stay.

The wifi didn't work (amd it was for extra charge), so we had to use the international roaming, because we needed to work during the visit.

Perfect place for relaxation. The place is perfect clen, the food was excellent with great variety. We went to visit Luxor from here (4,5 hours by car), it was a good adventurous addition to the week. I highly recommend the visit! The staff spoke English, German and Italian.

Nothing, everything is perfect

Reception staff are great, friendly, helpful, and special thanks to Ms. Hoda, animation team, everything was clean, every details have been considered, the beach was amazing, snorkelling and seeing wonderful views just a few meters from the beach, swimming pools were clean and spacious and covering all needs and places, Flamenco had given me the perfect vacation, The food was delicious and diverse.

Everything. Amazing beach, and very clean room. Hotel staff was very helpful, special thanks to Hoda the Guest Relation Manager and hotel staff who gave exceptional assistance and support to my friend who unfortunately sprained her ankle before the trip and had to be in crutches during the entire stay. They truly accommodated her needs, and I am really grateful. The cafe had good food, and even the attending chefs were helpful and nice. Everyone is very friendly!

The staff are very friendly and always provide assistance to us and they are smiling and they were always at our service so I give them my thanks especially to the esteemed Mr. Ali Mostafa as well as my special thanks to Mr. Harbi Mohamed the manager of the restaurant who does his best for the comfort of customers and for his extreme humility so whenever we enter the restaurant during meals we find it a flame of activity And follow-up to each customer until he comes out happy, in addition to the beautiful variety of types of food, which meets the desire of all nationalities of the existing customers, opening a special one for him.
