staff responsibile for rooms cleaning are very polit , but they do not have standered operation procedures. avalibility of internal transportation within the resort is very poor. i felt that staff is overloded due to no. of working hours which is more than 12 hour. others are ok

The room was smaller than it appeared in the pictures. Room service won’t come unless you call them many times. The food was lame on weekdays but leveled up alllloooot at the weekend. The ATM at the reception doesn’t change currency!.

The view from the room was fantastic. And it was clean. The evening shows are fun.

Unprofessional receptionist. All the staff had a very bad attitude It took a long time to check in. I had a problem in the air conditioner it took 3 hrs to solve, they waist my time, II asked for late check in they refuse at the first then they said OK. Had alot of stairs.

The beach very special location. Snorkling is fabulous. Pool is nice. Room is clean. Food is okay but not special. Life guard on the beach. But in the aqu they had a bad attitude not cooperative.

but if you go to the beach some stuff very aggressive they touched me also I refuse to have massage they use some local dirty words to me , very rude , also I stay there for 2 nights I wanted to go to grill house to eat they don’t allow me to ,

the beds were not so comfortable as expected and the area of the room was some how small. We have chosen a pool view unit which is so suitable for family with kids but the Music on the pool was so laud that we could not have an afternoon nap. the glass of the windows are not from the type which isolate sound. i would propose to replace the Balcon glass doors with a type which are sound and dust resistance.

My recent stay at Dreams Beach Resort Sharm El Sheikh was overall quite enjoyable. the sea, the corals and the landscaping were very wonderful. we have enjoyed the beauty of the nature. There were entertainment programs every day for kids and adults as well. Spa massage was so enjoyable. The friendliness of the staff was truly stood out and contributed significantly to a positive experience. In particular, I would like to extend a special thank to the housekeeping team specially "Ahmed Salah " he made our stay more comfortable. His professionalism and warm, friendly demeanor were exceptional and greatly appreciated throughout my stay.

It's very big, staff are friendly. The beach is very clean. The room rate is very affordable. The food is average taste, but can always find something to eat. Cleanliness in rooms was good, cleanliness in restaurant and sunbeds can be improved.

Pool, although big enough. On 2 occasions, an Italian extended family decided they didn't have enough space, so got so close it made us feel trapped and uncomfortable. Then, when they left, a Russian couple decided to do the same. In both cases, words were exchanged. In the restaurant, there was a lot of pushing in, so again, words were exchanged. Only the main Restaurant was open the other Restaurants were closed. Although it was all-inclusive WINE WAS ONLY AVAILABLE AT THE RESTAURANT. So we had to buy wine from an off license to consume in the evening. TV channels limited and some English ones had no sound.

Staff were all friendly. Food was good.

It was lovely big resort. Specially the cave part of the resort makes it different from other properties. Entertainment, food and they gave us complimentary upgrade which was a cherry on top. Staff was friendly. Overall great experience.
