I recently stayed at this hotel for a short visit. While the hotel is not new and the standard is not very high, I was impressed by how hard the staff work to make guests feel welcome. The service really stands out—especially Mohab, who was extremely helpful and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The rooms are clean, but the air conditioning is quite loud, which might be an issue for light sleepers. Despite these minor drawbacks, the friendly atmosphere and attentive staff make up for it. I would recommend this hotel for a 2-3 day stay, especially if you value good service and a convenient location.

Excellent location for International Conference Centre and airport. Very friendly staff. Mohab at reception spoke great English and was very helpful. Clean rooms and secure compound. Friendly restaurant staff. Evening meal options and good breakfast choice (omelette or continental), Good value compared to other conference hotels. Cashpoint for local currency in compound. Tea, coffee and water in rooms.

The noise from outside is loud but then again it is also a casino, sounded like a party was happening right outside our doorstep. The breakfast food selection was not that great either but honestly you could always just order in.

Staff were great and sent up welcome drinks to our room upon arrival. Room was clean and they'd spread out a lovely flower arrangement on our bed. The bathroom facilities looked new and the water pressure was the best we'd had in Egypt even after having stayed in well-known hotel names such as the Hilton, Sonesta, Carlton-Ritz and Steigenberger.

At evening if there is a wedding party, it will be little noisy till around 10.

Facilities are amazing for families. Stuff was amazing, very supportive and welcoming. Specially Mohab from reception, he made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Really appreciate his effort.

On the night we arrived, there was wedding function which ran till quite late with vety loud music. They should have time limit for any loud music up to only 10 pm

They hhave two very friendly reception staff particularly Hussen ( evening shift ) and his colleuge during day shift . Even their Restaurant manager Maghreb was very kind to accomondate all our request.

Wifi was wery slow with bad signal in the room, there was party with loud music every night right next to the room. Stoppt at 23.00 luckily.

Breakfast takes really long to prepare. The location is really remote and unless you are coming for the international exhibition center, you have no business staying here, and even there you have to take a cab. The wifi is tricky at best, so dont rely on it. The hotel is quite overprices through booking.

Very good service from Ahmed Gamal, if you stay here, make sure you are in touch with him, he can really make things happen and you are quite lost without him. Interesting local breakfast. The pool is nice and clean.

The gym is actually a separate establishment about a 7 minute walk away, and only opens at 11am. For business travelers, this is not very convenient. Hussein went out of his way to try to get me access outside of opening hours, though. Wifi was very poor, but honestly this was an issue also with data connection, wherever I went in Cairo. I never used the pool, as you also had to access it by going out the front door of the hotel and walking all the way around...

The staff, in particular Hussein, were incredibly helpful. Hussein was personally attentive to my every need. The big big plus about Ramage Hotel is the staff, especially Hussein. He went out of his way to make me feel welcome, to meet my needs and to help me wherever he could. Breakfast was very nice and very good value.

The property was huge and very disjointed. The main building had the restaurant for breakfast. The options were ok but not much variety. The overall premises were fine but not super clean. The pool area was a bit sad and the different pool cafes were also a bit off.

I stayed in a recently refurbished room across the pool. The room was very spacious and the toilet was very generous in size. The balcony was lovely as well. Everything you needed it was there. Mini fridge was fully equipped with beverages free of charge. The staff was always very attentive, particularly Hussein was always available to help.

The bathroom could use some refurbishing, titles are old and stained. However, cleaning was done everyday. Wifi did not work, I used my phone data. This could be improved.

The hotel was very convenient for my work, the location was very close to the event's venue. The room was of normal size, comfortable. The staff are the best thing of the hotel, always ready to help, going outside of their work to support me during my stay. Breakfast was good and they could make food options according to my needs.
