All good but, make the bathrooms more lux because you taking alot of money. And you have beautiful cats everywhere, pay a guy to feed them everyday, it costs nothing and the make the place very nice.

The food was not up to our expectations. The breakfast and dinner lacks variety at the main buffet restaurant. There should be more English-speaking staff.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel, thanks to the outstanding reception staff. Ahmad, Mohammed Ibrahem, Farag, Mina, Emad, and Adel and ebrahem made my visit unforgettable with their warm welcome, professionalism, and helpfulness. They truly are the best reception team I've ever encountered. Highly recommended!

I was very impressed by Giulia Botti at guest relations. Her helpfulness and knowledge were invaluable, especially since the resort is quite large. She truly made an effort to ensure I had a wonderful stay. However, some of the reception staff, particularly the Italian staff, were not as forthcoming with information or assistance. Given the resort's size, it would be extremely helpful if all reception staff were knowledgeable about the available services and happy to answer guest questions.

Food wasn’t great but understandable when catering for large volume of guests. Our experience at the Steakhouse was not good at all. Poor service, almost everything we ordered was out of stock. My meat was terrible

During check out , I have stayed almost 30 min till they come and take my luggage ( the hotel apologize because from 11-12 the time for check out they were busy, I did not notice the animation team a lot during my stay , and to do activities with guests

big resort , they upgrade the room when we arrived without asking the receptionist ( his name is garges ) , staff are co operative , always calling to check if you need anything , food is good ( I tried the three main restaurants during my all inclusive stay )

I can’t really make a bad comment about this resort because it gives you exactly what you pay for and maybe more. Next time maybe i will go for half board and eat in a’la carte restaurants because the open buffet restaurants were not pleasant. If the food is importat for you then you pay more money and chose another hotel.

Beach is exceptional like no other. Night shows are variant , well designed and performed by a European team. Facilities are functional and of high quality: sunbeds, shower rooms, TVs. Spices restaurant is excellent

A bit like a maze. Massive , which add to adventure and make it mysterious. Walk around you will find something new every day

Functionality! Well it is not the luxurious thing. But I just came back from a much luxurious hotel in Hurghada. It missed that functionality in Domina..ex. TV in room is good brand working 👍. The shower room is wide and have two seats inside 👍. Bath itself is large and comfy. Let’s go to the beach: sun beds are Italian made, very functional and easy to use. Another kind of sun beds down on sand if you want to relax touching water. Natural functionality: beach is just amazing: there is sand part. Then there is sand then coral with high depth. Colored fish is starting at less than 1 meter depth. Walk/swim in water for 1 minute wearing a snorkel WOW WOW WOW wonderworld , heaven on earth. You name it. GET A GOOD SNORKEL and enjoy! Wait and the night shows: specialized performing European team. With stage shows changes every day. You will never get bored at night too much to do

The only note is the rooms need more maintenance (bathroom sink, bed sheets and duvet) other than that everything was amazing.

The resort is huge with many pools and restaurants. It was a great experience. I want to point that the staff is so professional, helpful, respectful and kind especially in the reception Mohamed Ibrahim the resorption manager and Gerges too 🙏🏻🙏🏻🤍🌷🌷 Thanks a lot
